This is my second time competing at Gaglione Strength for powerlifting competition and I can not say enough great things about John and the gym. For the competition itself it ran extremely smooth, was very organized, staff and handlers were incredibly supportive. Smooth and easy transitions between lifts, 10/10 communication & support. John is a great coach and runs a great organization. Myself and my team keep returning to compete at Gaglione because of the community he puts together. Can’t wait to do this again next year!

Gaglione strength is such an amazing place! The coaches are all amazing!!! So knowledgeable and helpful! Their events and powerlifting meets they run are fun, extremely well organized, and inspirational! They welcome and train lifters from all walks of life. Yesterday, I attended the Squats for America, and I saw families competing together, as well as lifters as young as 13 to as old as in their late 70’s!! I can’t wait for their next event!

I just finished my first meet with John as my handler. It went perfectly and the event went as well as his coaching for the last 6 months did. I plan to train with John and compete for atleast another year with him. I’ve had two world record coaches previously and progressed nowhere near as much. His response time as a coach is great and is always within 1-2 days. He’s very encouraging in the gym and is attentive towards everyone in his classes. The meet was well-coordinated and a lot of people had good experiences with very good energy. John did his best to accompany spectators for the weather as well even if it didn’t end up raining. John made sure everyone timed their warmups and made announcements to the different flights when to warmup. I also saw he made improvements to each meet over the years through his youtube channel. Couldn’t be happier with the experience.

This past Saturday was my second powerlifting meet at Gagalion Strength. I wanted to thank John for putting on the event. For his handlers and his staff, for putting in a long day so so we can all have fun and test and push our limits. It was nice to have the option to weigh in the day before and the morning of. I though the entire event from start to finish went smooth and moved well. Again, I wanted to thank Johh, his handlers and staff for a well organized event. Thank you Cindy Serra

I have competed and spectated in powerlifting competitions at Gaglione Strength alongside my teammates. It is clear that John, Katy, and their crew are passionate about the sport and aim to hold organized, fun, exciting meets.

I thoroughly enjoyed training and completing Coach Gagliones World Record Strength Program! The program helped me get through plateaus on all 3 big lifts: Squat, Bench and Deadlift! What I really liked about the program was the accessory work! There is a great variety to all phases of the program with equipment, rep ranges and exercises. For the price of the training programs, you won't find a better deal. Coach John is a great teacher with the clientele and results to prove it! I will be starting Coach Gagliones Up Your Overhead Program soon and I am very optimistic about my results!

Heatwave 2023 was my first competition ever and gaglione strength made it memorable in every way possible. They were professional and fair and I walked away knowing that my months of preparation and hard work paid off. I hope to compete here again in the future.

I was searching for a coach for about 6 months with no luck and a lot of frustration. Nothing really felt right and most places offered the same, tired programs. I have worked with several coaches and have a good working knowledge of training, so I knew what I was looking for. The day I found Coach John, I knew he was the coach for me.
