Gaetano's Restaurant - Restaurant in Stoneham - 271 Main St, USA

Walked in on a Saturday night with my mom and my small dog in a dog carrier. We were seated within ten minutes. Service was excellent. I’m still drooling over the chicken with the mushrooms and prosciutto and mozzarella. I can’t remember the name of the dish but the next time I’m in Boston I will definitely be having dinner here again. It was such a pleasant surprise after a last minute dinner plan. Thank you!

We ordered take out for my mother in laws birthday, but the ambiance and atmosphere make me want to return here with my girlfriend. The people that worked here all had smiles on their faces, were professional, at the same time personable, which is a fine line to balance. The establishment seemed very clean. No dusty vents or fingerprinted glass. I can't wait to further this review after we done in. Great pizza by the way! It's not a ten, but it's good! I wouldn't drive 45 minutes for this pie, but if I was local I could see myself gravitating towards it. Especially if we'll done!

I dined in with my mother for an early dinner We ordered first the calamari with cherry peppers, the calamari was rubbery. The batter was not crispy. While we were eating our calamari, we watch the kitchen staff bring out industrial buckets of tomato sauce, ((Mind you their website says the sauce is homemade)) which offended pretty much everyone in the restaurant We ordered two salads The salads were subpar and wilted on the bottom She ordered the chicken Marsala, you could taste the flower that the chicken was breaded in I ordered the clams fra-diavola, That dish was overpoweringly clammy. All you could taste was the clam juice it did not taste fresh Upon using the restroom, I found that it could use a very deep cleaning, Holes in the ceiling, You see the kitchen from the bathroom door walking out, the kitchen could also also use a very deep cleaning I came to Gaetano’s many years ago with my family and this is not what I remember of this restaurant, Gaetano’s has very much lost its spark If you’re looking for good Italian food, this is not the place Bacci’s is better

My experience at Gaetano's restaurant for our Christmas party was exceptional! Our group of 12 had an incredible time, mainly thanks to the fantastic food served. Each dish was delicious . What truly elevated our experience was the impeccable service provided by Francesca, our server. She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our evening was memorable. I highly recommend Gaetano's for not only their delectable food but also for their outstanding service."

First time going to this restaurant recommended by my son. It was excellent! The stuffed mushrooms are to die for. I had the Rigatoni in vodka sauce- delicious & filling. My husband had the chicken pargmiano, which was also good, and my friends shared chicken marsala. I give then a 10 stars instead of 5 stars. Nice spot- clean - friendly - parking can be a hassle, but this place it worth it. We will definitely be back.

I made same day reservation for celebrate birthday’s in our family . The staff is so nice the food was amazing. It was delicious & hot The service was awsome . We had server Cheryl very nice with fantastic service. . We will back for Mother’s Day .

My daughter and I went to Gaetano's on the spur of the moment. I picked her up from an event in Cambridge and she told me that she had a hankering for Italian food. We were originally going to go to a place in East Boston but since it was Sunday that place was closed. I called a friend of mine and asked for recommendation. He told me about Gaetano's. I had never been there or had ever heard of it but I went on his recommendation. He was a 100% spot on. The food was excellent, the service was great, and we had a very enjoyable experience. We started with the calamari appetizer, which was wonderful. Lightly breaded and deep fried. My daughter had the four cheese ravioli in pink vodka sauce. I had the veal saltimboca. Both of our entrees were excellent. Full of flavor and truly satisfying. We finished with spumoni and canolli accompanied by cappuccino and coffee. All in all, it was an excellent meal.

The food was spectacular, you can see the day to day performance of the team at this restaurant. Chef Esteban is the most attentive and friendly, i would recommend this place without a doubt 🥰
