Gabriel's Taqueria-Truck #1 - Mexican restaurant in Oconomowoc - 212 E Wisconsin Ave, USA

I went to the downtown location after not having it in 3 years, used to LOVE Gabriel’s. 2 items were missing and the meat in my burrito was wrong. First of all. They have a detailed menu stating “ask for more information” yet the employees don’t speak English. As I realized the issue getting near I-94, I stopped at the second truck by QDoba. Went to buy more rice as we were missing it. Took 5 minutes to explain what rice was, and said “no beans” twice. Got an order of rice and beans and it tasted HORRIBLE. I always rooted for Gabriel’s. Now I will never return, and neither will friends and family.

Absolute trash. We ordered the night of 3/20 and I almost want to go back tomorrow and ask for a refund. My meal did not come with chicken and instead I got some kind of dry and crumbly mystery meat. Gross!

Have been driving past this food truck for more than a year now. Decided tonight that we would give them a try since we live close by. Ordering experience was fine although it did seem to take longer than expected for a food truck and they were not busy at all. The food was tasteless, dry and just not good. I had three tacos that were supposed to be two ground beef and one steak. What I got was two chicken and one steak. My wife ordered a combo #2 and the enchilada had no sauce. All the meat was dry and mostly flavorless. On top of all that, the sauces provided where absolutely terrible. I'm not one for writing bad reviews but this needed to be said. It was a Monday night in early August 2023.

Me and my husband are huge fans of Gabriel's Taqueria taco truck. They are always so friendly taking our order and the food is AMAZING. Sometimes the wait can be long but it is so worth it. We have never left this food truck unhappy. Highly recommend!

Best tacos in town! Order the campechanos...steak and chorizo! Great people and great food! Service is always terrific!

Excellent, best burrito we have ever had! All fresh ingredients, high quality and reasonably priced. We will be back again and again👍

First the order which was placed and paid for online was 25 minutes late, so it took one hour. Next so many things were wrong in the order and missing. We went back twice to get it corrected but they wouldn’t give us what we paid for. I ended up paying over $9 for one of my tacos which I had to throw out because it tasted and smelled bad. The rice pudding was white rice swimming in a bowl of liquid horchata drink. The horchatas didn’t have any ice and were warm. The whole thing was a bad experience and I would never go back. We paid $40 for 2 people and I ended up having to eat a sandwich after. Very disappointing.

One of the best local eateries in Oconomowoc. Very affordable and simply delicious. I would recommend Gabriel's Taqueria to anyone looking to satisfy their hunger for true Mexican food. Number one in my books!!! And now an even larger menu than befpre. Give them a try for yourself. You'll see what I mean
