The staff oh my God is amazing. 2 stood out. Kevin I'm so sorry I didn't remember the young lady with the Guess shirt on (white with the black color that had Guess label. It felt so good to see and be treated like the royal I am. STORE 7089. CHULA VISTA CALIFORNIA.AND I WAS NOT DRESSED. JUST SEMI MESSY, IN MY WHITE ADIDAS TENNIS OUTFIT. CATERED TOO AND TREATED LIKE THEY WANTED ME THERE AND TO ENJOY. IT. SUPERVISOR AND MGR. MATERIAL. TOOK CARE WITH EVERY ITEM my receipt is longer. I'll go shopping just for the treatment. Love 💕. This should be a model store for all there stores. Thank You so much Kevin. And sweet beautiful lady.. and in a covid19 Situation. BRAVO 👏.need a picture a pick me up. Great atmosphere!! Employees helpful and not pushy. Beware you will want to keep shopping as they have some of the best selections.

The staff members at this location are knowledgeable, helpful, and really friendly! They went out of their way to help me find the items I needed. I've spent about $2500/$3000 in the past 2 months at the Plaza Bonita and Las Americas locations. I wish I would've spent it at the Chula Vista and Plaza Bonita locations instead! I had only been to the CV mall location twice, and yet the staff remembered me, and knew exactly how to help me! I was thoroughly impressed! I hope the Guess company appreciates the talented employees they have, because as a business owner myself, these are the type of employees ANY company would love to have! And if they had a background in my industry, I'd hire the entire store staff away in a heartbeat!

If you like Guess clothing, then there's not much to say. You like it or you don't. I like most of it... 😁 They had a 70% off sale, so I dove in. I only bought 1 sale item and 5 regular price items... Uh huh.. one employee seemed to be having an awkward day, and the other one was really nice and helpful.

Got accused of stealing by two female workers on November 20th 2020 at 6:00PM. I was looking at a sweater and when I pulled it out of the rack a few censors fell out of the sweater and the worker came up to me telling me that she will go look at the cameras because we are stealing which we weren’t. If they are so cautious about people stealing they should have noticed whoever did actually steal and put those censors in the sweater. Also it is illegal to accuse customers of stealing especially approaching them and harassing them. When I went to the register to pay for the sweater the cashier said out loud on her head piece “the censor is still on the sweater they didn’t take it off the sweater” which is very rude and considered harassment. Those workers are lucky we did not file a law suit.

Staff is kind and helpful the clothing is very nice and classy prices are expensive depending on what items your looking to purchase.
