Today was my first time using FZ Tax Services. Frank Zamora helped me out and overall the experience was excellent. He was extremely knowledgable, concise and I was done in less than an hour. Highly satisfied and will definitely be using their services again come tax season right around the corner!

My parents just had a terrible experience with Frank Zamora. The company "values" state professionalism, responsiveness and quality. All of which were not met. The appointment ran an hour late. Frank was clearly heard chatting away with others with complete disregard for his standing appointment. Frank didn't even have the professionalism to apologize for being late and also expressed an arrogant attitude. On the other hand my experience with Juan was great. Sadly this location will lose our business, maybe they can hold eachother accountable and actually practice their values.

Frank is knowledgeable, professional and he always answers my questions precisely. I come in with many questions regarding taxes and business and his feedback is always valuable. His services have helped me tremendously. I’m very thankful!
