After having memberships all over NYC, Equinox and Lifetime, I can honestly say FWD is my favorite gym. It feels like a family and set up like a boutique nyc private training gym. It's clean, well appointed and downright awesome. My trainer Greg is world class and hands down the best I've ever worked with. It also has a sick view!

The team at Fwd Fit is knowledgeable and caring. They really welcome you at all fitness levels and work towards whatever goals you are working towards. I had never tried Cross Fit before and although i recently had to take a hiatus - I plan on going back to get on track again. I had seen so many gains with Mark’s 6 week program I miss how I was feeling when i was doing it ! Also Karolina was great with my limited verbal Autistic son and really gets him to push outside his boundaries. He really enjoyed it! She also worked with my daughter to help get her ready for lax season. I highly recommend this place for your whole family.

After trying several top gyms and personal trainers in our area, we never found anyone who truly clicked with our personality until we found Mark at Fwd Fitness. We have been going 3x per week for >9 months, semi private couples training, and are super pleased not just with the physical results but more importantly the way we feel. I’m very happy that I found FWD Fitness. After years of memberships at large chain gyms, I decided to give functional fitness classes a try. The classes are challenging and fun, with knowledgeable coaches leading the way who can accommodate people of all levels of ability. The gym is spacious with lots of natural light and good equipment for all kinds of workouts. Mark, Carolina and the rest of the staff bring positivity and a desire to help everyone in the gym do their best.

August 2023 to Present I use the cardio and weight training and purchased the membership that doesn't include classes. I love this gym. Staff is helpful and informative; the facility is always clean and maybe because I come at odd hours, it is not crowded and no wait for the machines I want. FWD is more than a 'gym,' it is full fitness and more with trainers who are as comfortable with discussing nutrition as they are body mechanics. I lucked into FWD and am looking forward to a long and healthy future with them. Mark and Carolina are the best.

I found Fwd.Fit when looking to get in shape for my wedding. Having participated in athletics for years, and previously a very avid lifter; I was super impressed with the facility. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and actively made modifications to my routines to account for imbalances and previous injuries. In a short 6 weeks working with Carolina, I got into the best shape of been in in years. I’ve continued with her for 6 months now. It’s a great community, more than just a gym.
