Only disappointed at how much they skimp out on portions. This is half of my quesadilla that I opened only to see 3 shrimp on it. WASTE OF MONEY

I was shocked at what I received. I ordered curbside pick up at 1:15 to be picked up at 1:45. When I got it home at 2, the food was cold, like it had been sitting there longer than the 15 mins it took to get it home. I went to open my enchilada plate meal and the Togo box looks like someone got upset and shoved their hand down onto the top of it. The picture does not really show it the best. I did put on the order that I did not need utensils or sauce. However, the bag had both in it. I’m not sure what happened here. This has never happened at a Fuzzy’s before. I am extremely disappointed.

I’m really happy with the catering service, I ordered the taco bar for 10 which includes Choice of 2 meats, 2 sides, shredded cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, cilantro, garlic sauce, tortillas, tortilla chips & choice of queso, guacamole or arbol chile salsa. It comes with Utensils and the food in separate foil trays. They ask to order 24hrs prior if it’s online and if the event is in less than 24 hrs you can call them.

Unfortunately this was the 3rd time in a row that my pickup order has been missing food items. This time half of the food order is missing from the plate. How does this get missed? You need to have somebody checking takeout orders as they’re packed, this is very basic line cook tasks but the mark is missed every single time. Now I know that I should just avoid pickup orders from this location or unpack the entire order in front of the staff each and every time. What an inconvenience that I tip the staff before I pickup as well.

I absolutely love Fuzzy's and I've never been to this location but since I was close I decided to place an online order. They are extremely short handed on staff. There was no bartender and it seems like the manager was running around crazy trying to make things happen. Some of the workers were just standing around. One was walking around with his mask u see his nose and some didn't have them on at all. I ordered my food online and arrived about 15 mins later to be told they only had 2 cooks and the orders are backed up. People were just standing around the waiting area on their food. I waited bout 20 mins near the pickup window and one of the cooks Chandler asked my order name and said he was working on it now. He promptly fixed my order and it came up quick and he apologized for the wait. It would have been nice if the manager had done the same. They really need help bad at this location. I highly doubt I come back to this location again.

First time here and probably won't go back. It just seemed to be a place where employees hang out with their friends and not a legitimate business. I walked in and wasn't greeted or asked if they could take my order. Employees were just wondering around and laughing and yelling. The manager was in the bar sitting at the bar with friends and watching football. I'm pretty sure some of the staff were intoxicated. The place looked and smelled dirty. It smelled sour and old. It was a very unfriendly, unwelcoming place and I ate quickly and left. The food was good though, but I worried about the sanitariness of it every bite.

The facility was clean. The food was fresh, and the staff was very helpful and professional.
