Fuzzy's Taco Shop - Tex-Mex restaurant in Roanoke - 600 Byron Nelson Blvd Suite 100, USA

Saucy poblano brisket taco was really sweet and had too much sauce which made the flour tortilla soggy, but it also had a fair amount of good flavored brisket. The California heat tempura shrimp taco was really salty but had a fair amount of shrimp in it, and way too much bacon. Not my favorite experience here and reaffirms why I don't eat here but once a year or less. But...the fajita steak nachos are always good. Not disappointed with the nachos.

First time at this location, there was a bit of confusion with a current promotion for a free item which led to a call to a manager and an extensive wait. It took a while but I received my order and enjoyed my dinner. I don't blame staff as they were only doing the right thing. Perhaps there should be better communication from corporate.

The customer service was bad. Like the dude seemed as if I had kicked his puppy tonight just for wanting to place my order lol. 😳 But anymore I've come to accept unimpressive customer service unfortunately, so okay, moving on to the food. The queso was good. Salsa was not. Everything else was subpar at best. Veeeery little meat in the tacos and burrito. Idk, just not much to rave about. It probably deserves more of a 2 star but I'm being nice and keeping it a 3 - lol. We won't be back.

Management here is a joke! Thought I would give delivery through Fuzzy’s a second try. First time, items were missing and never received a refund (seeing a trend through previous reviews) My family and I love Fuzzy’s so we thought we would try again. Second time, didn’t receive any of our food. Called for a refund and management needed someone to translate for him (didn’t the first time we had this experience) long story short just called my bank due to it has been 5 days with no refund when I was told 3! Tried to call the corporate number a couple time and it just rings. Very disappointed in Fuzzy’s as whole. Won’t be spending any more money at any locations. It was a good run Fuzzy’s :(

Although the store was great, the bathrooms clean, the employees helpful & kind, they did mess up me and my brother's order. Once they got it right though the did was quite delicious and I would probably go again. If you go I recommend getting some breakfast tacos!

It was OK nice vibe the food came fast I got the chicken and shrimp taco and combo chicken with beef plate.

My family really likes this franchise, but unfortunately this location that is the closest to us has failed to deliver. We have tried multiple times and every time our order is wrong. The service is not good either, when we try to get our order corrected we always get pushback from the staff, even when we have the receipt to show what we ordered and paid for vs what we got. Unfortunately, I can say we will not be giving them any more chances. The best thing to order is the chips and queso, but even when you order drinks that are premade, they even come out wrong. It's really unfortunate, and every time we are in there at peak times, the place is empty. It's a total opposite experience from other locations that thrive. It'd be nice to see management there and also see the place get turned around.

I like Fuzzy's, they have great taco salads. It wasn't busy so we got our food right away. Everyone was really kind!
