I am required to give at least one star, unfortunately. In mid September 2018 I took my laptop in for a new hinge. After not hearing from him for 2 weeks I stopped by and was told the part wasn't in yet. Another 2 weeks go by and no call again so I stop by and was told it had just arrived. Another 2 weeks go by and no call yet again. See the pattern here? Eventually I'm told I need a new case and now waiting on it to arrive and more time goes by and I'm told I need another part but promised it would be finished by Christmas. Christmas comes and goes with no call after specifically being asked for a call to keep me informed. After many trips to his store and 3 phone calls, it came down to this: He ordered the wrong case, modified screen and case to make it work. It didn't work because of his man handling of the display, he broke the touchscreen and several pixels and covered the Webcam making it unusable and the glass is exposed. He also disabled the wifi and the back lit keyboard. He also left out about 14 screws from INSIDE the computer that had never been apart before this repair shop received it. He needed my charging cord he didn't have a Dell cord so I dropped it off in November but it was never seen again either. I use Opera as a web browser but it was deleted. I had to reinstall it and when I signed in, l found the history had been deleted but someone had been using it to play a game and sign I to an employee portal of a specific website that is NOT my employer. He said he'd give me my money back and he did but that was before I found out he'd destroyed my screen because he claimed the touchscreen would work again if I did a factory reset on my computer. I took it to computer Dr to find out the extent of the damage he'd caused. I returned to the store to ask him to pay for the screen replacement but he yelled at me to leave his store. Oh, and he used hot glue to stabilize my charging port. Who even thinks of doing this kind of work!? Please, do not trust your valuable computer with this company. Very negligent.

Did not fix my daughters computer the first time nor the second time, after having it 6 months and will not refund our money . Definitely dont take your computer here. Not professional at all. Dont respond when leaving messages. Poor quality in every aspect.

Would not recommend. Called them for a local job and even before I could give all of the details along with offering pre payment they declined. Shocked to see they have 10+ years doing this

The owner of future tech was replacing battery in my laptop he got mad cause I asked where he was getting battery from refused to fix it I had to practically beg him to fix it he finally agreed but also took long time to get it back
