I've stayed here twice! Great spot for girls weekends or family gatherings. It's very clean, newly furnished and renovated, ample supplies of towels and soaps/shampoos. It's so nice to have a private living area/outdoor spaces to lounge with friends/family. The souvenir shop was stocked with fun things to browse and purchase and the little bar/cafe had surprisingly good food and drinks, just pay attention to its business hours! Asha was a pro at customer service and check in. She made us feel welcome and just like family!
What a treat! Pool was so good my grandson spent 5 straight hours there. Weather was cool and overcast so nobody else at the pool. We ventured out around John's Pass and the local beaches. Lots of sightseeing and things to do. The staff at Fusion was excellent and very accommodating. I will definitely be back to this area and hopefully can stay at Fusion again.
We (two seniors) stayed in a two bedroom superior suite at this lovely resort for six nights in October 2023. The room was nice and the staff was very friendly. The resort has great views of the bay and boats moored in front. Since it faces the bay the sun doesn’t beat into your room during the hottest part of the day as it does if your room faces the ocean. They have a fantastic outdoor whirlpool/spa. The bathrooms are a bit cramped, especially the vanity which is tiny. The pool was not heated and the water was cold. Because the pool was cold most guests, including families with children, used the whirlpool instead. The biggest issue we encountered was poor water pressure in the bathrooms. The walk-in shower in the master bathroom was not usable for this reason resulting in our use of the 2nd bathroom shower which was barely acceptable. We talked to another couple during our stay who encountered this same issue with their master bathroom. The tub in the 2nd bathroom had a drainage issue which was promptly fixed by the staff when we reported it. Overall we enjoyed our stay but I would probably not stay there again unless I got a fantastic deal because of the water pressure issue.
The hotel rooms are exactly as described and shown online; however, the amenities were NOT what was/is advertised online or in-person (ads/marketing signs around the hotel).
The restaurant and bar were closed and had been closed even at the time I made reservations on 11/30/23. The website does not include this information. I wasn't informed until I checked in and asked why there wasn't any rooftop bar "band noise." I was told the food & beverage vendor was being replaced, and it had been closed for several weeks.
This also includes room service and evening entertainment.
I wanted bar service at the pool, and that was also closed. There were signs inside each suite that advertised room service. The signs had not been revised or thrown away.
I selected this place and traveled from MI for the resort experience and was not informed prior to many of the amenities not being available. I could have determined if I wanted to keep my reservation.
Very very disappointed. I spoke with Missy, the new manager, and she offered to take off the resort fees but that small amount of money, does not recoup the amount I spent on this vacation and the fact I didnt get the experience I wanted.
Overall, Treasure Island was nice. But definitely call ahead and ask specifically about each amenity you want to experience.
Wonderful resort! We stayed for a low key bachelorette weekend and had an incredible time. Asha at the front desk was so accommodating helping us get checked in and helping us with any additional needs we had. Dianna at the front desk even went out of her way to help us light birthday candles to celebrate. The drinks at the bar were delicious and our service from Kevin and the team was above and beyond. Kevin remembered all of our names each day and recommended some great local spots for us to check out. Thank you to all the staff that we didn’t interact with that also helped create an amazing environment for a perfect weekend. Highly recommend this resort for all your needs!
This is the most beautiful hotel on treasure island with stunning views and large, luxurious rooms. The Staff is professional and welcoming. Missie is the manager of the Fusion resort and she is hands down the greatest person on the island. We were so fortunate to have her during our stay. THANK YOU for taking such good care of us. I can not recommend this hotel enough for your next getaway to paradise.
Great time here celebrating my sister's wedding reception! The rooftop views were fantastic. The pool area is shaded most of the day, which is great in hot weather. Best part was the large balconies off the rooms!
Overall we would book again . Several things were top notch such as pool area, location, room, cleanliness, staff friendliness. Things to note that were disappointing and very misleading. The restaurant/bar was never open for our 5 night stay( the website made this seem very appealing and played a strong part in us booking). The staff seemed to be confused on the hours and if and when they were open. One response was “it’s under new management”. Secondly, we had zero housekeeping. Not even an attempt to offer fresh linens. I found this odd as the note in the room said (will change linens every 3rd day, just leave this card if you want it more often) these are the reasons for only 4* and not 5*

We just got home from staying here for 4 days and 3 nights. Everything was perfect. The room was very cool with the retro vibe. Loved that it was right across from the beach. We could not of asked for a better getaway! We will definitely be back. â
We were so impressed with this place! We weren't expecting anything amazing for the great price we got, but we were pleasantly surprised. Rooms were all recently updated, and ours had a kitchenette and full-sized fridge! The room was spotless, and th
