My dishwasher wasn't working. Patrick came over and showed me that the child lock was on and how to unlock it. I have had this dishwasher 11 years, but I didn't know about the child lock. The service call fee was reasonable and I was happy to pay it vs. a more expensive repair. Thank you for being honest, Patrick. I will call Smart and Fast Appliance Service for all my appliance repairs from now on!

Called to have my washing machine fixed. The lady who answered the phone was very nice. I was given a 3 hour window for same day service. I was given the technicians name and was told he’d text me upon arrival. Daniel showed up within the 3 hour window, called when he arrived, diagnosed the problem and successfully repaired the machine. He showed me the broken part and explained why it no longer worked. Super nice guy. Friendly, yet professional. Cleaned everything up and put everything back. Great service and great value. Could not have asked for a better experience. Smart and Fast Appliance Service has a customer for life.

Smart and Fast took my call right away! No answering machine there, which is a nice business practice when you need someone to talk to. They were very nice on the phone arranging the appointment. The kept me posted when the technician would be arriving. He also text me prior to his arrival and was quick to discover my dryer only needed a fuse replaced. Cost was reasonable and I was more than happy to tip the technician. He was in and out in 22 minutes. Nice job and great company for staying on top of stellar performance and communications. This should be 4.75 stars. We had a good experience with Smart and Fast Appliance Service. Their response time to our messages was quick, they were accommodating to our changing schedules, and arrived when they said they would. After showing the technician (Patrick) the source of our dishwasher leak, he knew right away what the problem was and let us know what the cost would be to repair it. There were no hidden fees or surprise expenses. The part was replaced and the dishwasher runs just as good now as it did the first time we tried it. Patrick cleaned up any water left from the repair and repositioned the dishwasher back in the counter for us. He even secured it (which is something that was never done by our remodeling contractor) for us as part of the service. My only small wish was that the receipt would have given a more detailed listing (parts, labor, costs for each) and that it wouldn't say "Estimate" but rather "Invoice" on it and indicate that it was paid in full. Aside from this little detail, we were quite pleased with the work Smart and Fast Appliance Service provided. We will certainly be making use of their services for our future needs.

Smart and Fast responded to my inquiry almost immediately and a technician over the day after. I thought I had an issue with the washing machine motor, but it turned out to be the pump. The were able to diagnose and repair the issue in less than 1 hour. After the the repair were done,they even cleaned the entire floor of the laundry room. They are for sure smart and fast, along with thorough and detailed.

Patrick arrived the same day and earlier than the expected wait time. He was extremely professional, kind, honest and helpful! He fixed the issue with my fridge and gave me some tips on how to keep the problem from happening again. Very pleased with his service. I found a spare screw after the technician left. I want to know if he put tape or paste on the gas line and is the dryer vent ok? Or is it too smashed? Let me know please. Thank you. 🙏🏼
