Give us a call and we will come ourselves to fix it in a timely manner. And our prices; well needless to say we are head and shoulders above the rest of the competition with the LOWEST prices. I went there and got 6 items, I was told by the store manager that the end tables would be put together ( they had to be ordered) 3 weeks later I got a phone call saying my end tables were in. I asked, they are put together right? She said yes. Monday I took off work early and went and got my end tables and they were not put together. I called FMO right away and explained everything and he didn't apologize at all and told me I could wait and they wouldput them together, pick them up later or they could deliver to me for a charge. I told them that was not very professional and not good business and I would never do business with them again. The manager should make sure everything is correct before calling customers and having them deal with anything extra. I won't ever go to this company again.

It started out great.. found what we were looking for, got it ordered and then it all went downhill from there. Placed our order on July 14th, with the expectation of 6-8 weeks for delivery which is understandable. Part of the order arrived damaged, they sent it back and were supposed to replace it with a new piece.( When it arrived you could visibly tell it was repaired poorly not replaced) a few more weeks go by and finally they call to set up delivery for the items purchased. As the delivery guys are taking it off the truck one of the pieces has major damage. They called the manager and was told "she can call me if she wants".... so I did and was offered very little to resolve the matter and laughed at by the manager due to me asking for a clarity because he was talking in circles and not being direct - Either keep the damaged piece and find a solution from the manufacter with no expected time frame or possible resolutions or send it back on the truck with the same outcome. After finding more than one piece was damaged ultimately we decided to send all of it back and get a refund. The Manager here is not professional, nor offers good customer service. I have purchased multiple items from FMO in the past and have NEVER received bad service until this experience. I strive to support our local businesses but will take our business elsewhere from now on.

We have been looking for "the couch" for a year. Not sure why we never come to FMO. We walked in and within 3 couches found "the one" for us. They even delivered the same week. Dylan was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They carry excellent quality goods.

Fairly good selection, they can order for you as well, good customer service and reasonable delivery fees .

Buff, Tim, Ed did an excellent job with our many items. They were very professional, hard working and punctual. Would definitely use them again! Happy with our purchase and FMO.

Awesome service! Sam, Tim, Ed, and Buff took care of us - loaded up our new couch and made sure everything was tied down before we left! We appreciate amazing local service like this!

Went Monday to look for a new couch and recliner. Had a great experience. The guys were friendly and helpful when needed. Loved the fact they let me look without following me around and being overpowering. And you can't beat the prices went to other stores and went back to them. Getting delivered tomorrow so will let everyone know that experience. But I'm sure they will be great and I will definitely be back for future purchases.
