My kids love this place. Saturday nights they have a DJ and the lights are off and the kids love it.
Misinformed staff restricted play time for kids old enough to be in area. They didn't get to take full advantage of facilities. No refund or discount was offered. The kids were not in the toddler area. As we discussed, everyone is allowed on the slide. The employee was rude to my daughter asking, "are you even 8?" She answered yes and he said, "No you're not". That was disrespectful and if he had a queston of her age, he could have asked me. Not sure why the owner is now saying they were in the toddler area. That was never the issue. Upon leaving, I thought I was speaking to a desk clerk, not the actual owner. I would think that the owner would have been able to offer something more than an apology, which is why I emailed later in the day. I got the same lame apology as before. Now that I've posted an honest review, her response still shows the lack of care and twisting the facts.
2pm jump time on a weekday is a good time to go as it wasn't over crowded. Was great to get the kids out of the house and do some physical activity. My gymnasts love trampolines and it's an amazing way for them to practice. Would recommend for anyone looking to tire out their kids at a change of pace from normal daily entertainment and electronics.

Had my daughter's 9th bday party at Funz... she had a blast I wish it were longer than 1 hour 40 min... that's too short_
Bad customer service experience with Miguel on 10/25/2023. Miguel charge me the same amount that I paid last week without socks He told me that he didn’t have to take me he could send me and my family home. He said that he can care less to loose a customers. For me he needs to be educated how to deal with customers because with his attitude could damage the company image. This is the last time I am bringing my kids to play at the Funz Trampoline Park in New Bedford MA
