Funk Brewing - Brewpub in Elizabethtown - 28 S Market St, USA

A great chill spot in downtown E-Town to get some good beer and food. I was surprised how quiet it was in their for a Saturday but it was nice. A great selection of craft beers and tasted great too. The burger was a decent size and tasty.

I went on Mondays when the Gloomy chicken was cooking some of the best fried chicken I have ever ate beer was good and service was excellent

Understaffed and disorganized. It is unfortunate that a place with tasty brews could epic fail. I should have been suspicious at the pile of dirty plates sitting at the end of the bar. But I gave a little leeway since the woman at bar was only person running front end. we waited over an hour for food and a refill to my pint. When I finally got irritated enough to ask, we found out that our kitchen order was never entered (an hour later). With beer in belly, food is part of the equation, but not tonight. Adding insult to injury, i'd expect someone from management to address the problem with us to make it right. NOPE. This was truly my worst brew pub experience ever and I check out a different establishment every weekend.

Just moved in right down the street from Funk Brewing. Going to be spending a lot of time in here. Good beer, good food, good music. Solid spot.

Great, funky spot in downtown Etown! It goes without saying that the beer is delicious, but the food is equally delicious! They're serving up some high-quality fare to pair with their tasty brews - the soft pretzel bites with mustard and beer cheese are a must! They have solid vegetarian options too, their "The Squash" bowl is one of my favorites (especially with their roasted garlic vinaigrette). It can get a little loud of weekends and during events, but the service has always been on point.

I love the separate vegan menu. Tons of beer to pick from. I got the Vegan Mexi, super delicious and you will definitely want to pay more for the fries. Yum!

Love funk. We had a quick visit to grab a few 4 packs! We try to go there once a month to eat and enjoy the food and beer.

This place is still a solid bar to get a local beer/drink. The service is always friendly and fast. But for years their beer has been on a slow and steady decline. I had super high hopes for this place in their early days. Their Citrus IPA was a go-to for me for a long time. 3 or so years ago the quality dipped HARD and they have never bounced back and have definitely gotten worse. Had a Citrus on this visit and it’s hardly recognizable. Mediocre IPA at best. Tried the Super West Coast and it could be called the OKAY West Coast.
