we have a new manager, things are on the upswing. She is managing the park as to what is best for the park. Things have been allowed to slide and with an old park not a good combination. Clean ups are under way, progress on safety and security. h uge progress in communication.

This is a great place to spend your winter, or even to stay year-round. The most amazing part of this is the community created by the people who stay here. It is the friendliest RV park or 55+ community I have ever been to. The activities available to us are almost without end. The amenities at this park are numerous. It includes indoor pickleball courts, shuffleboard courts, billiards, table tennis, darts plus others. There are shops for doing woodworking, stained glass, silversmith, lapidary, painting, art and others. They have RC car races tracks and a field for RC airplanes. The pool is quite large, as is the hot tub. There is a very to large dance hall with a wood dance floor. There are a lot of opportunities for live entertainment during the winter season. This is a good mixture of RV sites, park models and mobile home sites. Every Sun evening is a great ice cream social and every Tues morning is a coffee klatch with donuts. The physical park itself is older and does show it's age. It is not a fancy place but what it lacks physically is way more than offset by the community of people here and all the activities that go on every day.

Just wanted to tell y'all that my in laws went there a few times during our winter months here in Michigan. Deana and Harold had so much fun and very much enjoyed every day there. They are now in God's hands. I thank you for giving them a fun and enjoyable experience.

Lots of good activities to do , but we could smell the septic system drainage pipes in our area. Also some units appeared to be in bad shape and needed repair or just torn down. We rode our bikes around the grounds and that septic smell was around other areas. The book library was very good.

We own our park model. We pay our own insurance, electricity and upkeep. Fun N Sun mows and trims. It's amazing how many activities there are to choose from. Choice of concerts is great. They also served Thanksgiving meal and Christmas meal.||

At Fun-N-Sun your sites are assigned and after checking in they had us on Friendly street. As I was backing in a woman in a park model come running out telling me to stop and that I can't park there because she was paying $40.00 a month to have her husband park there. So we had to wait for her to call the office and put us in a different site. The park is still a great park except for the roads, but I don't know if they can ever change that. It is always a challenge trying to back our travel trailer up into our site and run out of road ending up in the site across the street. This time the guy in a Class A who had a fence up right next to the road for his dogs, he would not come out to move the fence as he just watched us from the front of his rig. I don't like people like that. Any way once we got parked our time was really nice. I used the fitness room, the pool, billiards, saw a concert (ABBA FAB) and if you like to walk for to burn calories you can walk down every street and get five miles in. BIG PARK! This park is very active and so many things to do. We will come back again. We camped at Encore Fun-N-Sun RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Tony, the new maintenance guy is fantastic. Gets things done fast and best of all, better than it was originally.|New manager, Melliisa, is also top notch. A problem solved and works with the community to solve problems. Staying here is now very pleasant.

This is a 55+ community that brings entertainment in. Tribute acts are a common form of entertainment and they are good. Over the years I have seen several, and all were good. This was the Highwayman. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
