Definitely an interesting experience. We chose to try something weird and different, and they delivered! Service was amazing, and they even welcomed us from being out of town and new to the Folsom area. Amazing service, amazing food (was made exactly how it was ordered), and fun, modern atmosphere. Great place to try something new and something delicious and normal like a Taro smoothie with tapioca. Highly recommend if you're new to the area or with a group of friends and family. Really good ramen, plenty of other yummy options as well. Only a house Hot sake, as far as I could tell they didn't have any beers or anything like that. But their selection of cold sake was impressive. Their Ramen and broth was amazing, so delicious, layers of flavor. Beware of the spicy paste if you add it; I love spicy and even I felt like I was breathing fire 🤣 the staff was super nice and very welcoming, they were really knowledgeable of the menu.

Inside of a very nice Palladio Mall, great location next to Whole Foods market, soup is tasty and noodles has option of thick and thin, one full egg compared with other store might offer only half egg, first order free extra noodles, price range from $15-18 which is affordable, soft shell crab and full squid were all good.

The tonkotsu soy ramen was so delicious. The chicken katsu was crispy and perfectly cooked. Loved every part of this meal.

Really enjoyed having dinner here for Mother’s Day today without kids and husband. Just me and my girlfriend who’s also a mother of 4 enjoying a nice bowl of ramen, some grilled squid and some tofu. Great customer service. They sat us right away and was helpful in every way. The food tasted really good. I wish I had it more spicy but nonetheless it was good. The squid was well grilled and seasoned. Agadashi Tofu was delicious. One of my favorite dishes here. I don’t know if it was Mother’s Day or something but we were seated very quickly and it was not that busy. If you’re ever in Folsom, come check this place out.

The atmosphere is very nice here, and staff are quick to help and friendly. The green tea was very good! I got the chicken mayo bowl and it was delicious.

Great place for ramen, my kids' favorite spot. This is the first time at Folsom. Loved the ambiance and the service, was very friendly and worked with us to customize dishes. Food tasted great. We ordered hawaian garlic shrimp, kara miso ramen and the dynamite bowl. Loved the sauce powder they used for hawaian garlic shrimp was very fresh. Dynamite bowl was great but felt that the seving size was small compared to rest.

Our family went for right before lunch on Sunday and we were seated immediately. - salt tonkotsu ramen: the noodle was good but a little bit too soft for my liking. The chasu was delicious! It was tender & had sweetness and I could taste some char on it. The broth was good and hearty & not too salty. The only thing that kinda tasted off was the ginger slices. It was too much that was overpowering the broth. I wish I could have them on the side instead. - kids ramen: my kid loved it. It was a perfect combo for him: noodle, chasu & corn. He even finished all the broth. - mayo chicken rice bowl: they gave generous portion of chicken pieces. Hubby said it was good but the portion was rather small. Overall, the service & food was good. We would come back when we are in the area.
