We came here for a special occasion. We ordered the appetizer sampler which is a great choice if you can’t pick just one appetizer. We also ordered a lot of rolls. They were good, it’s hard to say how they compare to other sushi here in town. I would say it’s about average. The presentation was very cool. Also, our waitress was friendly and pleasant. We didn’t get any hibachi during our visit.
I’m a little bit biased towards this place because 1. It was the place of my first date with my husband and 2. I love sushi. So keep that in mind. I love Fuji Sushi and Hibachi! Food: very tasty! There are many sushi options, every single one I’ve tried has left me satisfied and happy. The portions are great for most (I think the California roll I got was small but that might just be a California roll thing). The crab but I was too stuffed from the meal to get more. The fried rice, salmon, salad, edamame, and desserts I’ve tried are all a solid 9/10 or 10/10. Hibachi: the hibachi is fun, but I give it a 8/10. I feel that the experience highly depends on your assigned chef. Some are super fun and lively, and others are okay. They have all made the food great, but the experience is a roulette. Service: I’ve always had great servers. One server, this last time, didn’t ask if we needed utensils or napkins. I was halfway through my entree when I asked him for a napkin because it got a little messy. The rest of his service was great, though. Atmosphere: pretty good. Never had issues. Something weird: one time I came in, the boss was acting a little weird. And he made two jokes about abusing his staff. I hope it was actually a joke, but the fact that he did it twice makes me worried.
Had a great dining experience. The 火鉢 (hibachi) chef was really funny. He turned lunch into a show. Food was cooked in front of us. It was good, but lacked authentic Japanese flavor. For two of us, we spent almost $60 on lunch. This included the entrée platter and a side of miso soup. The food was filling and left me wanting to come visit soon to try the sushi.
This was our second time eating here, and it won't be the last. Half of the fun was the entertainment of our food being grilled right in front of us!! We went with the whole family, but would also be great for a date. They have a lot to choose from including sushi. The Burning man Sushi roll was a favorite as well as the Hibachi Scallops!
Decent food, good environment and GREAT waitress! Ordered a spicy salmon roll and it definitely was not made correctly (chunks of salmon with spicy mayo slathered on it, instead of a minced salmon mixed with sauce, etc). Waitress was prompt and immediately had them remake it. She was wonderful. Older lady and had a fun personality. She needs a raise! Fuji was amazing with my task-trained service dog and I was so pleased. Will be coming again.
I don't usually give five star ratings. That stated, prices match the quality of service. Waitress wasn't like most, came at really good intervals, not too early, not too late. Hibachi cook was excellent, quite an entertaining show. Strongly recommend coming here
We enjoyed our timeat FS&H. We had a group of 10 and surprisingly did not have to wait long. Our server who took our orders was professional and efficient but talked fast and seemed to be in a hurry. Our chef was one of the more soft spoken ones which was ok by me. There were much more vocal and loud chefs but he entertained us well. We got just about everything on the menu. Tip: all meals come with fried rice and veggies. There is no need to order the noodles unless you really like noodles and are super hungry. We found the portions very robust and no one left hungry or without a doggie bag. Of course ordering appetizers contributed to our full bellies. All in all we had a good meal and time. We spent just under $40 per person including appetizers, a few soft drinks and the tip. No desert since we were so full but the tempura ice cream was tempting.
Such a fun experience & DELICIOUS food!! Large portion sizes - we all brought home boxes. The staff are all super friendly & accommodating.

We ordered a Sushi Party Platter for Christmas Eve. Sushi Time put this masterpiece together. The only thing better than how great it looks was how fantastic every bite tasted! Highly recommend for your next gathering.
