Fuji Japanese Seafood & Steak - Japanese restaurant in Hudson - 588 Central St, USA

Usually when we we get you food from there it is ok. The terrika chicken is was very dry, and the steak was so tough that I threw it away. Had no taste to it at all. Must have had a new cook that night. Loan must not have been there to let food like that leave her business. This will be the last time we will order from here. The steak piece's were so big and it was a job to cut up the steak. Whether you care that you have lost a great customer who feeds 6 people each time for and the bill is $90+ But I will not be back to FUGI'S AGAIN 9

They have great customer service, I am just disappointed about the amount of meat or soba noodles you get when ordering a 15 dollar plate. We use to get big servings but the last 3 times we have ordered, I have had tiny pieces of steak and a small handful of soba noodles. I love this restaurant, but it has went down hill in the last 2 years! Added pic..this is a deep white tray, you cant tell by the pic but this just covers the bottom of the tray. The steak is cut into really little baby bites! (LITERALLY)

Constantly bad salad. I want a salad that is not brown. Everyone I go it's brown salad. Do they not look at it? And the portions are child size compared to other places. Not going back!!!!!

Friendly people, good food, interesting atmosphere. I ordered hibatchi chicken, it was cooked perfectly. Sweet tea was perfect. A little busy at lunch time, but guick service.

Everytime I pick up food, there's always a ton of juice that leaks out in the bag and on the car seat. Every.time. Don't yall know how to drain sauce out of the plate before you bag it?

This was only like the second time I had went to this particular location but my problem was first with the lady at the window was very rude and then it took at least 23 minutes for me to get my food only after the two other vehicles behind the came and left I will not be back to that location!!🥺

I ordered a 7 pc spicy tuna roll and I received a plain tuna roll. I called to tell them my order was wrong and the lady with a foreign accent told me I got what I ordered and proceeded to tell me I placed my order wrong. After I said no you wrote it down wrong she told me to bring it back and they would trade it out. I said I am back at work I can't I was on my lunch break. She said if you can't bring it back I can't help you and hung up on me. Most of the staff is friendly but she is very rude.
