Fuji Cafe - Japanese restaurant in Collierville - 875 W Poplar Ave #19, USA

Fuji Cafe offers great service and great Japanese food. I had the best tempura outside Japan. Tempura was light and not heavy. Seafood nabeyaki udon was delicious. Tasty broth and chewy udon with plenty of seafood. Steak teriyaki is tender. We definitely come back again.

Fuji cafe never failed me. I have been coming here since I was in high school. Probally one of best Japanese restaurants in Memphis and metropolitan area. Shout out to the waiter that help me out that day! Haha it is probably the most interesting encounter he ever experienced. We ordered a bunch of foods, paid before the foods came out and rush out in a hurry! The mackerel bento is so good! One negative aspect that I want to say is that they have too much imitation crabs in every sushi rolls. It was kinda overwhelmed the flavor and make the sushi rolls feel cheap.

Nice little sushi bar. Prompt service and the food was well prepared and tasty. This is not a bad option if you have an appetite for sushi. They have a wide assortment of cooked, raw and specialty rolls.

This was my first visit to a sushi restaurant in Tennessee since our move here in 2022. My daughter was visiting from Oklahoma and I wanted to surprise her with sushi for lunch. Based on the Google reviews that I had read, I chose this restaurant over other local establishments. We eached ordered lunch box specials and shared a Chili Roll and a Mississippi Roll. Although the lunch boxes were very good, the star of our dining experience was the Chili Roll. The salmon was out of this world. It honestly was the best roll that both she and I have ever had, anywhere. We had both never tried crawfish before, and decided to share a Mississippi Roll. The speciality rolls are nice in size and honestly we did order too much for the two of us, however, one can never have too much sushi. Neither of us were impressed with the Mississippi Roll. We both figured that it must be an acquired taste. The food was very fresh, the lunch boxes alone would definitely be filling (we actually didn't finish them as we wanted to try the specialty rolls). This was an awesome experience. Great Sushi, fantastic service and lovely atmosphere! We were 1 of 3 tables that had never been here and all of us agreed the food was incredible, portions were huge and prices were reasonable! Thank you for a lovely dinner and speedy, kind service!

lovely service, even lovelier food, wonderful welcoming atmosphere, like eating at home as an artist I appreciate seeing art on the walls above every table, and the art in the sauce dishes! i will definitely be coming back, and hopefully become a regular :)

By far some of the best sushi I've ever had. Ultimate Roll, Aryana Roll, Sushi Box with Salmon, fried rice, tempura, udon, nigiri... everything is fantastic. We go often enough the staff recognizes us and ask where the kids are when it's just my wife and I. The food and service is amazing.

Nice little place in Collierville I never knew existed. Food was great and I thought the prices were pricey but the amount of food received made it reasonable I believe. The ratio of rice to fish was also very surprising good! The only one complaint I had was when I was eating a soft shell crab roll I got a mouthful of Wasabi. Not sure if it was accidental or not but the rest was delicious, for lunch at least!
