It’s a really good spot here in Covina, my lady had the birria ramen and said it tasted amazing! My quesabirria tacos were really good dipped in consume! I would come back if I was craving tacos! It is a bit pricy but it’s worth it if you’re craving it. Really really good! Nice service too they took my order really late when they didn’t need to.
I came here to try the birria pizza and I was not disappointed. Ordering is done by a kiosk and food comes out in a reasonable amount of time. The birria pizza had plenty of meat and cheese with some lovely consume to dip it in. The tortilla crust has a nice crunch and it was a hearty meal. I do think the beef and broth could be a tad deeper in flavor, but still good.
Had the birria tacos with consomé, they were very tasty portion was good! Also ordered the birria taquitos. Food was quality. Definitely coming back to explore menu 7.29.2023
This place is amazing every time we go here!! Emily is friendly and does an amazing job. This is one of our favorite spots in the area and is a must try for any Covina local. The surf and turf burritos are huge and delicious, and the dining area is always calm and comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area looking for some amazing food!
Excellent tacos with excellent tasting guacamole and quality meat. Chicken quesadilla was great tasting too. The service was great and above everything.
The meat & juice was really good, it had a lot of flavor. Good portion, the noodles were a little too soft for me.
I will be returning to try some of the other menu items .
Good food. Birria was bomb. Alot of people were eating Birria Ramen. Alot of menu options. Service great. Music was good. Alot people came in. Food came out very fast
Good food decently priced but SUPER stingy with the sides. I ordered two quesabirria tacos and a burrito and they only gave four radish slices and they're salsa comes in extremely small containers. Hardly enough for even one taco... I had to ask for extra cilantro and onions and even then the bag they gave was really small

Im new to the area and was looking for a local spot. Im so happy I tried Broncos. I ordered 3 carne asada wet burriotos for me and my 2 teen kids. We all loved them. Good portion and super tasty. Im walking distance away and I will return
Always a great place for delicious food! Been here many times, never had issue getting sat in a timely manner, mostly because we go on a Tuesday. Wish they had a Taco Tuesday, but even though they don't, still a great spot with lots of options
