Fruta Loca - Cafe in Medley - 9351 NW South River Dr #2001, USA

I drove to this specific location because I wanted a fresh fruit drink. I went in and was not greeted which is fine. I placed my order and had to repeat it several times. It seemed like the worker was not familiar with the menu. Please keep in mind their menu is in English and I am fluent in English and Spanish. While she prepared my order I went to the restroom. It was not so clean and no paper towels. When I was done washing hands and drying them on clothes I went to pick up my order another lady came to the register and said my card did not go through. I told her I never submitted payment. She said yeah it did not go through. I had to tell her that she never told me my balance to pay. Then she said oh. I looked at my order and told her this is not what I ordered. Then I went to point at the menu on the wall to show her what I ordered. The lady told me why I did not clarify the order when her coworker was repeating the order to HER. I said I did not hear what she was saying to you. She said oh. Well she corrected the order and gave it to me. But overall she was rude to accuse me of getting the order wrong. I definitely would NOT be going back.

I was looking for a quick bite and I was advise about this place. Cozy, super clean and with a great selection for natural juices. Service was good and sandwich made with fresh ingredients. Price was right. I heard of their famous breakfast, gotta try it some other time. I 'll keep you all posted.

Awesome spot serving salads and fresh pressed juices. Delightful to eat in but also a solid bet for Uber Eats or delivery. Perfectly packed and always the freshest ingredients. Definitely recommend!!

Great sandwich in the past. Called to order, staff member was angry that I didn’t speak Spanish and hung up on me.

It takes to long to get your food, And the food is expensive for average food. I paid $8 for a average smoothie. I'm not cheap I just want to get what I paid for in quality, taste, and served at a decent time.
