Giving it a 2 based on I asked for ketchup, and the drive thru lady said she put some in my bag so I said ok..but I didn't expect this..
These 2 packets are a booger of ketchup I had a whole burger and fries to eat with ketchup as I Desire..I don't know if u thought these two packets were enough? But my kid likes ketchup with her fries too.lol it's funny, but bad service or assumption that 2 ketchup packets is enough lol
Quality of food:
I got a pastrami sandwich, a fried burrito, mozzarella sticks, a strawberry milkshake and two Pepsi's. The pastrami sandwich was just okay in my opinion, but the cut the bread into do separate pieces so the meat was constantly falling out of the sandwich. The milkshake was good and had pretty good flavor, hand chunks of strawberry and it was huge for a small. The fries tasted overcooked, they were kinda old tasting and chewy. I assume the food was great because I showed up at about 8pm when they close at 10pm, you could just tell is wasn't very fresh.
Drive thru experience:
The drive thru moved pretty fast, after ordering it took about 5 minutes to get our food. The whole place including the drive through look a little dirty, but for hole in the wall burger joints, that's kind of expected in this town.
Pricing:
Food was actually pretty cheap, for everything we ordered, it was about $25 bucks out the door. Cannot complain in that regard.
Recommendations:
I didn't really care for the pastrami so I cannot recommend it. The strawberry milkshake was good so I'd give that as my recommendation. Next time I try them, I'd like to give their burgers a chance considering they use Harris ranch beef. That's probably the way to go.
Food pretty good. However, 2 stars because of charges I’m sure they purposely did. Watch your receipt! They overcharge me on things that I didn’t receive or asked for. Paid over $5 more from the extra charges. Charged for cheese, when there’s no cheese and I never asked for it. Charged for combo when I asked for sandwich and there was no combo given.
She also repeated what I ordered, and it was correct. However, receipt have the extra charges that shouldn’t be there. Went through drive thru, so didn’t see the charges until I got home. Drive thru wait was about 10 minutes.
I ordered a chocolate banana shake and they gave me a banana peanut butter, and I was so thankful at that moment that I wasn't allergic to peanuts! Anyways the lady at the counter told the person in the back that she " can't keep doing that". That made me think it had been done a few times that day, CRAZY! Needless to say the food wasn't very good either.... Needless to say but "I'm sure I won't go there ever again ...
We went through the drive-through, and it is just very slow, and I ordered French fries well done, and they were not. But the food was fresh 😋
You can dine in, drive-through or take out. The food and service are great. Good food fast. I'm getting food quality for my money. Oh, yeah, they have yogurt now. Hundreds of combinations. Can't miss.
Always had a good experience with staff. Fast, friendly and pretty affordable! I frequent here for their crushed ice drinks but I LOVE there grilled chicken salad too. My kids really enjoy their chicken nugget (always crispy and fresh) while my husband likes to get the frito boats or burritos.
Will continue to go here.
A little bit pricey, but great subs. The cleanliness of the tables was not paid attention to, and they seemed to have a full staff and few customers that day.

Their burgers are solid. Chicken is chicken. Fried. Their French fries, ask for them a little crispy and they will make them that way. The chili fries were a very eye opening surprise. Maybe the best thing on the menu. Chili is really good

Excellent chicken, nice add ones. Excellent service. I attribute this to their good staffing levels. Great selection of cool music inside the dining area.
I primarily order using delivery, and the food is always hot and fresh. Fries are sometimes undercooked which is my only tiff. Never had any issues with their ice cream machine when ordering floats. Overall I love the brand, especially that itâs st
We love the deals that we score at our local Checkers. The fries are the absolute best, and did you know that you can buy the fries at your local WinCo on Coffee Road in Bakersfield, California? We also love the fact that Checkers recognize and welc
All of our tacos were delicious! Loved the green salsa they came with. And limes squeezed on top was perfect! Our chips were nice and crispy, and that salsa also had good flavor. We also got Agua Frescas, and enjoyed both of them; piña, and horchata
The food here is made fresh as soon as you order it and taste great, expect a short wait and great food and do not expect Mcdonalds level speed and crappy food. The restaurant is being cleaned constantly unlike most fast food restaurant that are som
The reason Iâm giving the five stars is definitely due to their customer service. I ordered a strawberry shake and the gentleman at the window, which I believe must have been the manager proceeded to hand it to me by saying I added two cherries bec
Stopped for dinner in Bakersfield on our way to San Jose. We enjoyed some pupusas - shrimp for hubby & loroco (squash flower) for me. The chicken tamal was very fluffy and had more of a spongy texture. The plantain empanadas were very rich and creamy
