YUMMY! Found this place on a 'best ice cream in Tucson' list and it does not disappoint! I don't think they had the entire menu available, but the ones we tried were perfect. My husband got sugar-free hazelnut and sugar-free chocolate, which was rich and perfectly sweet, even sugar free! The hazelnut tasted like a Ferrero Rocher candy! I got the peach sorbetto and I am hooked. It was so refreshing and really peachy, not at all artificial. The place smells divine and is clean. Take a stop at this or the Oracle location for your next treat!
I love coming here during the weekend. It’s super unique and such a nice place to get gelato. They make everything and gelato in all different flavors. I always get a different flavor each time I come in. I like the fact it’s healthier than ice cream. So I don’t have to be super concerned about the calories per say. The employees are super chill and patient when I am trying to decide out of there many delicious flavors to choose from. I would recommend if you are looking for an alternative to ice cream that is still delicious and freshly made.
I love the vast variety of sorbet even though most are for the gelato. Limoncello is a must-try! The seasonal blackberry Cabernet is good, too!
The unplesant customer service and unwillingness to meet customers needs killed my desire to try any of their products. Highly recommend management consider allowing their staff to serve 2 flavors in one scoop - like other ice cream and Gelato shops. Especially with the plethora of flavors Frost Gelato offers. On the bright side, clean, modern, and ample establishment with plenty of parking.
The gelato is quite tasty, and they offer a large selection of flavors. Including no added sugar (not sugar-free). The 3 young people working clearly did not want to be there or do any work for that matter. Truly sad. The tables were not clean. Neither was the floor. For the very high prices being charged for what you receive, coupled with several similar experiences over several visits, it will be a long time before I go again. If I go again.
So disappointed in this visit. The service was so bad. The staff were extremely rude tonight and one employee in particular was nasty & condescending when we asked if they had more of a particular flavor in the back. I was so surprised as we come here often and the staff are always friendly and helpful. They were also out of several popular flavors and it was only 6:30 pm. Really bad night for them and staff needs and attitude adjustment
Frost is amazing, it’s hands down the best Gelato in town. Staff is always friendly and always ready to let you sample one of their flavors. Everything is delicious and it’s the perfect place for that afternoon treat or late night dessert. The sizes are Small (one scoop), Medium (two/one scoops), And Grande (three/two/one scoops) Fresh and fast and plenty of seating do you to sit with friends and family. Try everything and you won’t regret it.
This place is fantastic and we always look forward to going when we are in Tucson. The gelato is so super creamy and flavorful it's ridiculous. I had the Alpencarmel and it was great not to over powering and just the right amount of Carmel. The wife had a peanut gelato and we can't remember the full name so rather than butchering it or getting it wrong let's leave it at that. For a Thursday night there was a good gathering of people but the 2 employees moved everything very quick. If you are in Tucson and on that side of town definitely go and get some gelato

I love how much variety there is, the staff was great, and the ice cream tasted delicious. You can order cakes, buy cakes, there is warm desserts, sundaes, and other beverages. There is indoor seating, a flavor of the month, and cake orders.

Had a wonderful time with friends! The staff were friendly and helpful with instruction and staying engaged with our group. Facility was clean and organized. Having the option of throwing axes or throwing stars was neat! Will definitely come back.
Family fun for all ages! 100% recommended. We had such an amazing time last night with our family. We seen the Christmas show. This will definitely be a new tradition to attend every year to start the holidays off. Thank you performers you were in
