Frontier - Internet service provider in Hudson - 13944 Lakeshore Blvd # C, USA

The "representative" named Eric was trespassing on private property until after 7pm, trying to get the senior citizens in this community to sign up for their services. Was told to leave and escorted off of the property, and kept sneaking back in! That is a very sketchy way to do business!

Frontier communications where our internet services work between 8 am and 8:04 am. We experience technical difficulties that leave the very expensive service you pay for down for about 23 hrs and 56 minutes per day. So over this company and their lack of working technology. They really need to just get the F out and let a real service provider come in.

Asked for my card number, made an appointment & never showed . Then when I called back with questions they claimed they didn’t sell internet even though they had tried to sell me internet. Terrible and pretty sure this number directly is just stealing card info

Hudson location is a cardiologist so I drove 30 mins out of my way for it to not even be a location and no where near me is another location

The worst! Switched from spectrum to frontier…. Big mistake! Switched back to spectrum! Frontier does not service their customers !!!!

Frontier services are the worst can't even get a human on the phone.

Frontier is the worst company I have had to deal with.

Please help frontier wont cancel install help
