Frontier Motel - Motel in Roswell - 3010 N Main St, USA

Similar to Patrick's review.. we came into Roswell without reservations and every room in the city was booked. Frontier seemed to be the only place with availability. The place is a dive, but the mattress was comfortable, the sheets appeared to be clean, no bed bugs We only needed a bed for the night and it served that purpose with no adverse side effects. We actually slept great that night. Worth the money.

Absolutely horrible experience. The first room rented to us had recently been fumigated and was unbreathable and uninhabitable. We asked to move rooms and the front desk attendant first said no, then begrudgingly agreed and gave us a room key to a second room. The second room had bed bugs and holes/burn marks all over the sheets. When we returned to the front desk to ask for a refund as we were no longer wanting to stay in this motel, the front desk attendant was extremely rude and said no refunds. She then abruptly walked away for five minutes then returned with a refund, then walked then again away without saying a word. There was also a man walking back and forth scouting hotel room windows. Cops were also present when we arrived. The whole situation was shady, and the front desk attendant was rude and very much lacking in customer service. Absolutely the worst hotel experience I've ever had. This is the first negative review I have ever left.

Stayed for a few days, much larger than i thought it would be. Full size fridge was a great thing to have. Bed was a little hard but i could handle that. Great place right in the middle of town and easy to leave and enter

Our room was extremely dirty. Sand on the floor. Cigarette ash on the nightstand. The sheets were clean, but our king size bed had only two pillows. I’m pretty sure four is the norm.

Room was at the end of an alley with garbage and some storage outside it. Missing our fire detector, and the shower was missing its handle. Uneventful stay, the room was big and clean.

VERY HORRIBLE NIGHTMARE TRAUMATIZING THIS PLACE IS! BUGS ALL OVER THE FLOOR!! THE TOWEL COMPLETELY BROKE OFF THE WALL!! THAT B**** A** INDIAN GUY STRIAGHT GAVE A RUDE FACIAL EXPRESSION WHEN I ASK IF HAD ANY ROOM AVAILABLE!! LIKE DAMN SORRY I DIDN'T LOOK ONLINE, OH WAIT! I HAD A LONG DRIVE AT THAT!! SO I WAS DAMN TIRED!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL, IT IS DISGUSTING FILTHY PLACE TO STAY THE NIGHT! I WISH I CAN POST THE PICTURES HOW THIS PLACE REALLY LOOK LIKE ESPECIALLY THE ROOM.

Honestly, this is the worst I have ever seen. I stayed there a couple of years back and it was great. This time though. The first room was disgusting. The walls had blood and other stains, no toilet seat, and when we went to check the sheets, the sheets and pillows were covered in long hairs, and some serious stains. There were ropes tied to the bed.... And a clear mark on the sheets. We complained and got moved into the room next door. It has minor stains on the sheets, but had the same long hairs in the fridge. And the hair color was the same in both rooms. It at least had a toilet seat, but the light was hanging down with exposed wires and covered with a hand towel. Fixtures ripped from the wall. I complained and the front desk person said sorry, we will get maintenance on it. It truly was the worst hotel stay I have ever had.

The place is a dive, but the mattress was comfortable, the sheets appeared to be clean and the TV worked. I pulled the sheets back to check for bugs and found nothing. There was no coffee in the room or at the office. We only needed a bed for the night and it served that purpose with no adverse side effects.
