I would never recommend Frontier Communications. Their customer service is awful. I’ve been trying to get them to fix my 92 year old Mother’s internet for months. They set up an appointment for a tech to come out and then they text and say they canceled the appointment because the problem is fixed. Of course it’s not fixed, so you need to call and start the process all over again. I have an appointment scheduled for later this week. I’ve received three texts from them trying to cancel the appointment. Each time I must reconfirm the issue isn’t fixed! I have Xfinity and have never received the run around like this.
I thought comcast was bad. OMG. this is the worst service and support I have ever experienced. There service is not reliable. What good is speed if its not reliable. Been with them less than a month and have experienced longer outages than I had in 20 years with comcast.
The worst service and customer service in the communication industry. Over priced!! They won’t change your Price unless you let them in your house to check your wires. Internet and phone is down at least five times a month. So glad we left.
Our Internet down for whole day. We spent so many times try to reach their customer service and never able to. We use their app chat and follow their instructions, but this machine just waste your time and no help at all. We are seed any other service provides if they have real people do customer service.

Would give ZERO stars if it was an option. Frontier came to set up wires a week before actually setting up wifi. When they came to set it up they took hours! Came at 4pm and left until 8pm. I have a 1 year old and we couldn’t go to bed until they left. The two guys that came (which looked lost and clueless at their job) said that the previous workers broke a wire and that they had to install it all over again. Well a couple days later it was installed, the power went out and my husband smelt gas right away. My husband warned our neighbors to get out of their houses. 911 was called and turns out frontier caused a GAS LEAK!! If it wasn’t for my husband smelling that and warning us all I don’t know what would’ve happened.
Finally the internet came back after more than 72 hours of no connection! Didn't have the internet service this past Saturday all day without any notification. Called in to check if there was any internet outage in my area. The recorder informed that the issue would be restored by 9:36am, 1:36pm, 5:36pm, 9:36pm, and 1:36am, but until today, the 3rd day, the internet service still has not been restored yet while the outage was already over 60 hours. The recorder kept changing and circling the restoring time, 9:36am, 1:36pm, 5:36pm, 9:36pm, and 1:36am, but the internet never came back. It was a great inconvenience without an internet service. Don't know what's happened to our Frontier Fiber Internet in Manteca, CA 95336. When will the internet be back?
Don't sign up an internet service with Frontier. Its service is not reliable while its communications are very bad. The so-called communications but there were no communications from the company at all! What a great disappointment and an inconvenient disaster!
They came over to my 80 years old dad house who got no knowledge of technology and set up an internet service for him. They some how manage to set it up and got him to verified the email and phone number that he doesn't remember or recognize. Someone please tell me how is this not illegal?
Terrible experience they cancelled my install day the night before very late. Then never rescheduled a new service date to come install my new Internet plan. What a joke and terrible customer service.
