This Nicaraguan Fritanga restaurant has fantastic customer service with attentive and hygienic staff. The food portions are spot on and the pricing is reasonable. I had the chance to sample various dishes, and everything was fresh and mouth-watering. I highly recommend this place, as it's the best Fritanga spot I've come across.
Have not sat down to eat there yet but, it has been renovated very nicely. Take out is great, I haven't had to double check my order yet which I love. The food is taste just like what my Ex use to cook. I would recommend this Fratanga to any Nicaraguan ❤️ 😍 👍🏾

Fritanga Monimbo always does it right! If you're going to get fritanga, make sure it's from Monimbo- they always come through with the absolute tastiest steak, chicken and the best gallo pinto I've ever had. They never disappoint at any of their other locations- I'm so happy they opened a new spot in Palmetto Bay!
Smaller than other stores but still have plenty of food to pick
