Most disgusting Frisch's I have ever been to. Salad bar looked gross and not fresh, place was very dirty, manager had his son sleeping in a booth. We ended up leaving and going to a different location. Would recommend any other location but this one.
Seated immediately, even though it was fairly busy. Waitress was quick, friendly, and attentive.
To feed three people was less than $30!
This location has really went downhill in the last few years the staff is horrible the signage states that they are open until 10:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday yet the staff states that the dining room closes at 8pm. It shouldn't take 19 minutes to get food once I arrived at the drive thru window total time in the drive thru was 35-40 minutes then food was incorrect once I got my food so even longer time to get it fixed. I don't recommend this location at all.
I came to the Kyle's Lane Frisch's, J.P., our server, was extremely friendly, gave excellent service, and was very helpful. It was a great experience and want the management and owners to know that he went above and beyond what I expected. Also, the restroom was clean, as well as the buffet area. Thanks for a great experience at your restaurant, James P. Stokes
Had my usual #1 breakfast. Fluffy eggs and crispy bacon and excellent service to top it off. Jan was outstanding and so accommodating. I'm a picky eater and she made sure to tell the cook how I like my bacon. I believe his name is Byron. He went above and beyond to make my food the way I like it. I will definitely be returning.
Josh is a great professional Manager! He treats his customers with care and respect! Josh also goes out of his way to greet the dining room customers and asking how everything went. The food quality is great when Josh is working.
Josh always has a smile on his face in the drive thru early in the morning. I am regular I go there for 2 coffees every morning. The wait time is short! Great work ethic!

We went one weekday evening with a party of 11. The restaurant was mostly empty. Staff seemed to be ignoring us as we waited to be seated. We had to flag down an employee and ask to be seated. She let out a sigh and asked how many in our party. We were finally seated after waiting about 10 min with no one ahead of us and a mostly empty restaurant. The waitress seemed either annoyed or indifferent to everything we said. Expressed annoyance at people in our party ordering drinks with cherry and vanilla. My nephew and I both had dirty silverware with visibly caked on food. When I told the waitress she said, "it happens" and proceeded to bring me a plastic spoon for my soup so I wouldn't get another dirty one. Her words. The vegetable soup tasted like it was old. She brought my sister-in-law a bowl of coleslaw. When she was told she ordered soup, not coleslaw, she argued before bringing the correct item. We were seated by the window and the window sill was visibly dirty. It was a terrible experience. I will not return to this, the Ft. Wright/top of Kyle's Lane location.
Our first trip to a Big Boy & it didn't disappoint! Our server was really friendly & the food was excellent!
The food is so good! You can order one pancake instead of 3, as they are HUGE. My biscuits and gravy were cold and hard to cut, (was getting messaged about babysitting) but after I asked to have them reheated, they came back soft and delishes. The co
The food was excellent! I ordered a half order of biscuits and gravy and the breakfast wrap. The biscuits and gravy came out hot and fluffy and their homemade gravy with sausage was delicious. The breakfast wrap was loaded full of eggs, sausage, and
Easily one of the best spots in town for lunch or carryout! They have so many great flavors, you're guaranteed to find something no matter what you're craving! I'm a particular fan of the Miami and Singapore, though you honestly can't go wrong with a
Amazing place of worship. My spirit was at peace. Great place for prayer. There were many relics of Saints. Sunday Mass was inspiring and the choir and organist sounded beautiful. Will definitely visit again next time I'm in the area. All guests are
Awesome lunch experience! Best French onion soup that I have ever had! The hot ham and cheese croissant was delish as well! Great service and friendly staff! Nana was a wonderful server.
Me and my wife stopped here on our final stop of our week long breakfast/coffee crawl.
Having already had Coffee Emporium, 1215 Coffee, Forager, Collective Espresso and Urbana Coffee - Left Bank faced some stiff competition! But, nevertheless they h
Wow, what an amazing place and experience! The food & wine were terrific and the ambiance was so lovely. We celebrated my niece's birthday there in the private dining room. Our server, Gabriella, was so friendly, welcoming, and provided simply top-no
This is easily one of my favorite places to visit in all of Covington!
Frosthaus of course has their amazing selection of frosties. They swap out some of the flavors, so any recommendations I give may not be available when you go, but for right now
