Frisch's Big Boy - Diner in Heath - 775 Hebron Rd, USA

So I love Frischs. Anybody looking back on my past reviews show that I eat there as much as possible. I forgot my lunch so my spouse ordered Frisches for me and surprised me with my favorite order (Awww) . Look at the onion mush. Literally looks like potatoes. Supposed to be ONION RINGS! Most horrible! The sandwich, thankfully, was good and my vanilla Coke.

The staff here is amazing and so is the coconut pie! Tom the manager is always working hard but takes the time to interact with customers to make sure everything is perfect. My food was excellent, the burger perfectly cooked. This place gives you that peaceful happy feeling where you just feel welcome. WELL DONE!

Food was delicious. Breakfast buffet was nice.

The server was fast and friendly, handling a lot herself. The salad bar used to be great. Apparently a truck had just finished unloading, and the salad bar didn't get refreshed yet. Lettuce was super dehydrated and old, green peppers were brown, cucumbers were more watery than they should be. Veggie soup was too salty. Didn't venture to the pasta. Plates and bowls to self-serve didn't look/feel clean.

Got the soup salad and pasta bar. Soon discovered they put the old food on top was not fresh at all. Veg soup was horrible and so was pasta. Will never get it again. Will stick with breakfast and coffee there.

I saw the big boy .I have not been in big boys since I was 14 and back then it was to go to place. I'm 59 now and well it was utter garbage. The fries were cold the brought back and I garontee the cook took them and dropped them back in the fryer and put them back on my plate . Was what I got from the oil on my plate. The burger was trash had to use a fork to eat the slop between the buns. I regret going there. The ladies were great and tried to help me Sherri thank you. Okay dude straight up I have fallen in love with Frisch's Big boy over the last few months lol this was the second time I've ever been to one but it's was just as awesome as the first time.( I appreciate consistency) the food though was delicious! I got the super big boy which was amazing and the Mac and cheese was creamy and the onion rings were crispy. I have no complaints! Not one the restaurant was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. I will be eating here again.

When we got there and went to the bar the bar was missing food. They did not restock the bar the way it should have been three stocked. You could have sucked the gravy up through a straw was no biscuits was no bacon. The worst thing was is we had to look through six different plates before we found a clean plate to eat off of. I won't be back.......
