Friendly's - American restaurant in Cortland - 170 Clinton Ave, USA

This location was furnished differently than the typical Friendly's. There are some high tables and larger tables for small groups. The food was perfectly cooked with the fries being hot and crispy. The server was very friendly and attentive.

Delicious food. Great service. Best Sundae in a while. No skimping on chocolate syrup lol. So good. Definitely recommend this Friendly's.

It wasn't very busy when I went. The waitress was incredibly polite and friendly. She was checking in fairly often. The food came out quickly. The wrap was good. I saw all the tables with different ice cream. I wish I'd had more room because they looked so good. I'd definitely go back and try a dessert next time.

I grew up eating at Friendly's, so it's great to see one open and serving up fantastic food. I have to drive about 45 minutes to get here myself, but it's worth the drive when you can get good food and delicious ice cream. If you are in the area or passing through, I definitely recommend stopping by.

So glad there's still a Friendly's nearby! Haven't had their food in almost 10 years but nothing has changed, the food is still delicious! My go to is the BBQ chicken bacon melt, can never go wrong with that. They have a delicious variety of ice cream / sundaes to get as well. Perfect to come here with the family.

Not GF friendly! I have celiacs, I am not usually affected by cross contamination, so I try not to make a big deal when ordering. I requested a burger on the lettuce but was served a burger on a regular roll. I told them I couldn't have that due to my allergy and that it had to be remade. It came out very shortly after on the lettuce. I verified it was actually remade and ate it. Not even 5 minutes later, I was in so much pain that I had to leave and go to the car.

Absolutely delicious sandwich and shake! BLT is to die for and the ice cream was so flavorful. Brownies were an excellent touch as well! Will be coming back for more ice cream 🤑

I have soy and gluten allergies and asked for an allergy menu. The hostess rudely stated it was online. It wasn't. I tried explaining it to our waitress, and she did not offer alternatives or try to help. Just stated there was nothing she could do. This is partly why chains as such are going out of business, their staff is killing business. It really wasn't that busy either.
