Poor customer service always when I go inside to pick up order. Workers act like customers are an inconvenience. Today I ordered an all American burger with fries and a milkshake. The milkshake as always was perfect but the food they put out is a joke. This is why Friendly’s all over keeps closing. Burger was a frozen patty and dried out and the fries were burnt yet they still served them. Friendly’s needs to just stop making food all together and just concentrate on only serving ice cream as that is all they know how to do. So sad as I have always loved Friendly’s when growing up but it’s just so terrible now and getting worse.
Friendly atmosphere, nice and welcoming. First time visiting a Friendly’s and enjoyed there delicious breakfast 🍳
We came here after walking out of the holyoke Friendly's due to poor, rude service and melted sundaes. We were seated and eating within 10 minutes. Very friendly waitress and perfectly made ice cream treats. I'd give 5 stars but the French fries were weird like if they'd been through it but we ate them lol.
Picture this: you're traveling in an unfamiliar state. You decide that you want food, but sitting down sounds nice, so you pull into the first diner you find. But it's way too busy. That's ok, there's another down the road. Also very busy. Hanger starts to set in and you're dreading the fast food that you may need to stoop to. Then, on your Danger Rectangle, the map shows a Friendlies. You know it, standard, should be good. You decide it's the last effort before giving up. You're seated in seconds, an excited Joshua pops out of the back a moment later. Orders are placed right away and the food is out in minutes. Hanger fades, replaced only with a good lunch and knowledge that ice cream is soon to follow. You are sated, and the good staff at this Friendlies are the ones to thank.
I did not receive the "itemized" receipt that I requested at the Chicopee, MA location on 01/10/2024 (Order # 5141347) at 10:12 pm. The manager with whom I spoke to on 01/13/2024 (Mr. O) informed me that I was supposed to ask for an "itemized" receipt; also that he could not provide one or "look up" my receipt anymore, which is totally wrong and an unacceptable excuse. I suspect that I was overcharged. I was handed the "merchant's copy" of the receipt showing only the amount that I was charged. This manager attempted to justify my not having received my full "itemized" receipt because I did not specify "itemized" when I asked for it. I have never HAD to specify "itemized" when asking for "a receipt" at ANY establishment because "itemized" is implied and an "itemized" receipt is what I always receive. I believed that I was overcharged; hence, the reason why I was never given the "itemized" receipt that I requested. This manager's statement that my receipt "is gone" (unable to be looked up) and his explanation of why I did not receive the "itemized" receipt is utterly ridiculous. Also, not being able to send a formal complaint against this particular store on Friendly's website (due to a glitch) is also very frustrating. Friendly's website allowed for me to send my formal complaint via only a "general" message today.
Are used to like their ice cream there, but I stopped eating it ice cream about three years ago but I had a grilled cheese there, which was really good. It had three different kinds of cheeses, including Swiss cheese on sourdough, which I thought was really good pretty good but I like the waitresses there and the waiter. They were really friendly like the name. I had a good time there because of the people they were really talkative and that we are I had a good time because of the service not all of the friendly said that nice.
Came in with a bus load of teens unannounced at dinner time on a Saturday night. The staff accommodated us with a smile and all meals were good. The ice cream is stellar!
I'm one of the cooks/shift Leader at east Longmeadow I will always provide good food
Train for Life hands down is the best choice Iâve made for my fitness center. Drew McConaha and his team are great coaches, they are extremely knowledgeable, positive, and supportive. I always feel welcomed at Train for Life. Highly recommended!!!
Cutest little shop with a very kind owner. They have the best treats, cakes, atmosphere ever! Itâs such a cute shop and the treats are so good for your pets and also inexpensive. The treats are all adorably decorated as well! If youâre lucky youâ
