This is a great place. Except for this summer. There have been consistently 30+ bees near the water/sand pit and kids are getting stung. I wonder when something will be done to protect our children.
Beautiful little park. There are so many parks around, but this one is in the shade! Fun for all ages, both human and dog. ;) Happy squirrels, too!!
Cute park with space to relax. The kids love it and always seems to be a good group of people.
What a sweet little park....the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars, is to keep it a little secret ☺️
A nice little park and small playground. Not a lot of equipment options, but enough.
Friendly Park was awesome it was clean of garbage or anything else that shouldn't be at a park for children. My kids loved the giant slide and the swings. The other children and parents who showed up when we were there were also friendly and polite. It was only our 2nd time there but we will be coming back again for sure!
Grate for families!

One of my favorite neighborhood parks in Eugene. The shade trees add serenity and locals are friendly. I have visited many times, solo or for parties, with or without dogs, and always had positive encounters with other visitors. Never seen it crowded, but rarely empty. Definitely worth stopping here.
Great hike. Not too challenging but enough to give you a workout and a reward of a fabulous view from the top.
Can be a little busy but I found everyone is friendly and enjoying the hike.
Yeah. So anyway. I went wandering. This Park is right here. Never went anywhere. I am not the only person who found it. All kinds of Human Beings here. Frolicsome. Noisome. Happy to be alive, Human Beings. Wide open. Useful. A delight. S
Great walk pleasant people try and do together walk in 45 minutes. The best I've done is 50 minutes. Beautiful and always interesting things turkeys owls.
I just love this park so much. It's never too busy, but it's absolutely gorgeous and there is always good people and dog watching! If you want a nice place to relax in the sun come here.
Cute park with a massive playground and open areas. The real gem are small pathways thru the treeline down to the water for a secluded spot to hang in the shade and listen to the water
My family & I love coming here. Its kind of a special place for us. Amazing view of Eugene & breathtaking view of the mountains. Drive up to the top always freaks me out tho, its unnerving cuz it's pretty steep!
It's a great park to walk. Right next to the Willamette River, the mixture of green and bubbling clear water create a very nice environment for a walk or bike. Across the bridge is the university of Oregon, and many office buildings. Great area to re
Lovely little jaunt in South Eugene. Typically quite clean, somewhat vertical and parking can be a bit tight at the bottom of the trail so arrive early or be lucky!
Mid-sized playground with quite a few fun features. The sideless slide makes me nervous but my preschooler has no problem staying on - neither did I. Along with the playground equipment (slides, swings for big and little kids, teeter-totter, small sp

This was a surprise find on a trip to Eugene. We went on our first night; but based on the owner, friendly atmosphere, and crowd, we went back each night we were in the area.
