Owned by the same owner as the carrier. The front desk staff is very courteous,friendly and very helpful! The studio that we are staying in is very clean and comfortable. I would recommend Friendly Acres to anyone that is looking for a extended stay!
This place is owned by carrier Motor Lodge... nothing is provided friendly acres Apartments... To which you cannot receive mail you must check out every 28 days the front desk clerk Betsy is evil manipulative... she finagles and Pockets money... the only motel that charges aLATE FEE..... there is police and /or everyday Total chaos
They told us our kids can’t play outside and we can’t work on our cars. Not very family friendly. They charge different people different prices. There a lot more. But my fingers hurt.
Pretty good rooms, could use a little touching up but very clean and comfortable stay!
