The cabbage soup, bread, and red cabbage were excellent. Service was excellent with Debbie as it was lunchtime and not very busy. I was hoping for sauerbraten or pork roast but they really only had schnitzel and steak. Hostess was nice as well.

Waited about 15 to 20 minutes to be seated in the dining room. They need more service personnel. The restaurant was not busy until later on in the night. Our service was slow. Our appetizers were excellent, but our meal was lackluster compared to our appetizers. My meal was not as hot as it should have been. I was slightly disappointed since I am German and love good German food.

Has went far downhill from where it was. They top off the old potatoes with new ones instead of using all of the batch up so you get potatoes that taste so old and reheated. The schnitzel is fried in oil that tastes months old and the schnitzel itself was very bland. And when told about the food the waitress, Ashley, said"people wait for 2 hours to get in here" and then her and all management ignored us. They were also training a man as a server, he had made a mistake and they were so negative and demeaning to him right in front of the customers on the floor. They're disrespectful to their customers and the people "below" them like a new hire. Never come here

Went on a Saturday night, maybe 8-10 other people in the restaurant. Waited 30-45 minutes for my chicken fried steak. As you can see, it was burnt to a crisp. Not just the breading, but the meat as well. Told my waitress, nothing came of it. Finally just paid for our meal to get out of the restaurant. Hostess said there was not a manager there, but took my name and number for the manager to call me the next day. It’s been over 2 weeks, and no call. I have called and left messages as well. Nothing. This place used to be good, but it’s now a tourist trap and the food and service is trash.

Restaurant recently opened after several years closure. We tried it tonight and #german food was great! Alexander was our wait person, so friendly and exceptional service. It was a very pleasant surprise, much better than some of the other older tired restaurants in the area. Salad was fresh, cold, and crispy! We will definitely return!

We stopped in for our anniversary dinner with our daughter and we all loved our meals. The food was delicious, the schnitzels were perfect and everything was very authentic. The spatzel was a little softer than I'm used to. The service was excellent, Jason was friendly and the best service we've had in a long time.

Great dining experience. The schnitzel here is amazing, and the jagerschnitzel sauce is to die for. Well worth the short drive from main street, there is a great selection of German cuisine and beers, and the staff are extremely friendly and give attentive service.

Food was great. Service was friendly. Has a very homey and vintage feel. Great menu selection. Somewhat expensive for what you get. But! Anyplace that has chicken fried steak as a "lighter option" is a good place to start.
