There's a lovely community garden at this entrance that is ripe for picking vegetables (pictured below). Parking is also very close within a minute of walking.
Cool place to have fun. My kid love to see how plants like tomatos, beets, carots, zuccini etc growing here.
Also great for biking. Exploring the forest. Look on animals very close. I have seen colibri here even wowza!!!

One of several entrances to Frick park, this one has convenient parking and a lovely set of easy trails that you can walk even when it's cold and wet including the Clayton loop. It's about a 15-20 minute walk from here to the blue slide playground entrance, which I'd recommend for kids.
One of the entrances to Frick Park, this entrance includes water fountains, restrooms, end the environmental center. There's also several nice benches for relaxing. It's a very calm and peaceful area and is a great entrance to the trail system as well as the nature walk path.
Nice park. Currently a little lost on their walking and biking trails but there's definately more trails here than I thought there were. I'll find my way out but will definitely be back. There's not many woods in the city.
Slightly shaded, limited parking and access to easy and short loops! Frick Park is beautiful and seems to be well maintained and clean. There are bathrooms near this entrance.
I love this park! There are so many trails and places to explore! A great park for dogs too as there is a dog park, stream, and deeper area for doggy swimming!

I always come here for the peace and quiet. Nice view of the river and the bridge. Great trails for riding. Access to the water for fishing. There's even a little island to go onto when the waters low.
Nice little park. It was clean and maintained well. They have a small parking lot, tennis courts, merry-go-round, swings, jungle gym, hills to roll down, rock wall (a legit wall made of stone) to climb on. My kids had a nice time.
