Freshii - Health food restaurant in Fort Worth - 354 W 5th St, USA

We stopped in here after our workout at the downtown YMCA, which is right around the corner! Perfect 💪 We had our usual hearty appetite after exercise, so I was a little unsure if the wraps, burrito, or bowl would suffice. Not anymore! Wow, the owner herself prepared our order and the quality of everything showed her pride in preparation! Our butternut squash soup, with kale, was served up very hot, and the flavor... Wowsers!! I had the Smokehouse bowl, with chicken as my protein, and my wife had the Cobb salad. We both were very surprised at the portion size, quality, and flavors! I absolutely loved that soup and my bowl, so much so, that I went back up to the counter to express that to the owner. She was very appreciative! Oh, the retail space is so unique, (it's under the Tower Condos building), so you get to experience the incredible engineering that is still in place today. Look up! Very happy with this place and we'll return often!

So, I’m not against health food chains, as I like to eat healthy, so, this review is based on my enjoyment of the food, the portion and the service. The team is very nice. I’ve been here 3 times so far. The food was good. I had the Bamboo bowl (with extra chicken) and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I’m a big eater and I left satisfied (extra chicken). The curry sauce made the meal perfect. On the side, I ordered the Coconut Chia Pudding and it was delicious. I highly recommend if you enjoy mango or coconut. I will have this same meal again.

Food is always fresh and good. This last time seemed to be too many people working. One lady seemed to be doing inventory. One lady took her lunch after preparing my food. A skinny guy also preparing food. Then a chubby guy taking orders, pushed chairs in, didn't wipe down tables. Will make sure to clean my table next time.

YUM!! So glad we stumbled upon this place. The interior is so cute and loved dining in. The bowls were SO FRESH and delicious ! I got the Mediterranean bowl, and my husband got the Buddha satay and customized. The nice guy recommended one of their cold pressed juices- the green genius. SO good! I almost drank the whole bottle immediately, didn’t taste too green at all. Highly recommend!

When I travel for work it can be hard to eat healthy, but this place was a gem to find. I was able to customize a salad to my liking and the result was fantastic. All the ingredients were fresh and place itself was very clean. I will definitely be going back for more.

First time ordering and I paid $3.99 to add steak to my bowl and I get 7 pieces. I gotta say, that’s unbelievable. Food quality and taste is great, but paying so much for protein and be let down by quantity is a huge let down.

I would give this 5 stars for the taste and zero stars for the quantity of food for the cost. Paid $15 for a portion size my 40 lb, 4 year old would have enjoyed. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
