I had a deeply disappointing experience with Fresh Consulting. Initially, I was offered a position, which was then rescinded. I interviewed for another few roles and was told I was hired, but there were no updates for four to five months. When I finally started, I received incorrect laptop twice, indicating disorganization in their onboarding process. The most troubling part was the significant salary reduction of about 30% from the original offer. I felt compelled to accept due to the lengthy waiting period. Then, six months before my contract was due to end, I was abruptly terminated without any prior warning. The explanation given was very vague, despite consistently receiving positive feedback from my manager. all my benefits were immediately canceled. To make matters worse they failed to return my personal equipment that was left on my desk. I had to use it because they didn't provide the necessary tools. This experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
