Excellent customer service!
They ordered from a delivery company which, does NOT list all available options. Then I called Fresco and, substituted white rice for brown rice and a regular tortillas for a wheat tortilla. Their agent was happy to oblige. My order arrived correctly with three substations. I enjoyed the flavor, freshness and, quality.
The staff was great, the building they work in is Not. Old, lattice really? The half & half spaghetti and ravioli, was watery, lacking flavor. The price for two adults and one 5yr old, was $77. No wine only tea, lemonade, coffee. Small pepperoni pizza, chicken parmesan. Not my favorite. The staff was great though.
Decent options for when you need your Taco fix. My go-to o item is the Cocktail de Cameron's de estilo Mexico. If you've never had one, it's 10 big shrimp in a large chalice filled with a Clamato-style gazpacho.
I’m not the type of person to ask for my money back If I don’t like something. I usually think they might’ve just been having a bad day, but this right here was just gross, ordered a half chicken and most of my chicken looked like this was with feathers on. I’ve never had a bad experience with the California location and only been to this location 2 times but I won’t be coming back to the Columbus location, that was just careless.
Truly a hidden jem. The tacos at this spot are so good. The meat is done right and they have all the choices. Large menu with very fare prices. ( #tacotuesdays ) Plenty of seating, a drive thru, clean tables and restrooms. Staff is always friendly and food comes out fast and hot. Full salsa bar, refill drinks. This place Rocks!!
Nice place but they have no clue of what Carne Asada is!! A quick Google search would clue them in that Boiled and/or Crockpot beef does not qualify as Carne Asada!! Boiled meat have no place in a burrito!

Usually I am really happy with fresco, but todays visit just wasn't good. I ordered the super fries, and they were anything but super. mainly tasted like grease, asada lacked seasoning and overall fries were not appetizing. Hope the next visit is better.
