First time we ordered strawberry cheesecake ice cream on the waffle. It was a long line due to short staff and with a lot of patience. It was worth the wait. 👍🏽💕

So the ice cream cakes are not very good, but going in for regular ice cream is worth it. The people who work there are nice but clearly don’t care about their job. I always have to ask them to ring me up and then they just put in the cheapest price regardless of what I ordered. I’ve been in on four different occasions with different people working and this has happened each time.
Ice cream is always good but the service severely lacks. Bunch of rude no manner having college kids run this place. Went tonight and not a single staff member was smiling or making conversation with the customers, they gave the place a very negative vibe. Once the girl was done making my ice cream I said thank you and smiled...she just looked at me and kept going...then i said thank you even louder and she just smirker n said your welcome and went bAck to her RBF. I then made sure to say loud where they could all hear " the customer service here sucks!" Makes me not want to go back here honestly..you don't feel welcomed
Very nice and clean place to go for some excellent ice cream. Staff very nice and friendly to assist you with your favorite flavor. It also has the toppings that you like to make your day. Convenient and ample seating inside or outside. Thanks everyone. 5 🌟's and a 👍's up. Will be going often.

Showed up at the Freezing point creamery I had two scoops of ice cream one was Sweet cream, butter fingers mixed in it and the other was chocolate ice cream with fudge syrup and strawberries & syrup.....was very happy with my choice of ice cream deliciously made! My favorite toppings of all time! Loved it and the price for 2 scoops and toppings were reasonable. The gentlemen working there was funny and polite the place was clean and tidy. You can either sit inside or outside we choose to sit inside it's hot outside today. I know one thing l will be going back for more Ice-cream that's for sure 👍.
We are out of town for a cheer event and while sitting in the hotel decided we need some ice cream. Google lead us to freezing point and we enjoyed it. 2 shakes, 1 hot fudge sundae, and 1 scoop ice cream waffle bowl later we are all sitting in our hotel enjoying some delicious ice cream. Staff was friendly and working quickly for how busy they were in there on a summer Saturday night.
