Decent food. Did not enjoy hearing the orders being called out every 2 minutes. They should really find a better way to get the food to the customers. Also pretty limited seating I'm the dining area. Most tables were not clean. We had to clean our own. 4 ✨'s.

The food was decent. It's very similar to steak n shake but much better service. We ordered 2 bacon dbl cheese, and for some reason, one had ketchup and mustard, and the other only had mustard. They were still good sandwiches. The chili cheese fries were really good.

1st Time eating at a Freddy's and was very pleased with the experience. Nice and clean. Friendly staff and our burgers were very good. Definitely will eat at one again.

This will be , hopefully, my first and only 1 star review. I usually don’t leave negative reviews, as it is a waste of my time, but hopefully I can save somebody else from wasting both their time and money by reading this review and NOT EATING HERE. The atmosphere, like all Freddy’s, is great. Cleanish. There were at least 5x people on staff when I came in today(I’m sitting at my table now). I saw 3x people huddled in the back of the kitchen on their phones, while some kid worked the fryers and an older lady worked both the drive through register and walk in register. Her service was superb, although slow. She is the only lady who deserves the tip jar and any form of payment (Bridget was on my receipt, but I’m not sure if this is her). Fast forward to getting my food. Serving size has definitely gone down. My top bun was cold and tough, my bottom bun warm. Weird mouth feel. The older lady with good service skills announced that someone in the drive through got tired of waiting and drive off. The fry cook laughs and claims “I got dibs on the chicken tenders”. I’ll never be back unfortunately, and I work in this area a lot. 5 guys is right around the corner.

Walking in the first thing you see is a garbage can that is overflowing... Let me be clear I still gave this restaurant four Stars because of the employees and the food. I get it a lot of people don't want to work it's hard to find employees right now but we can't give up. The overflowing trash can speaks so much on everything that we are going through as a Country the economy is terrible, people feel helpless and hopeless especially around this time of year. I say to Freddy's move the garbage can away from the front door because we know that that can is going to get full most of us understand the struggle for businesses to find employees and your service and your food is so good that garbage can misrepresents a family-friendly restaurant that you can actually afford to take your kids to with good food. Being one of the top review contributors I take anything I review very seriously and if it wasn't for outstanding customer service and food in that restaurant this could have been a whole different review. #jackernation

First time at this location If you're in the mood for a great smash burger, this is your place! Loved It!! Chili Cheese Fries are big enough to share, and they were a yummy indulgence! Only rated atmosphere 3 because we had a hard time finding a wiped off table 😒 The staff was very friendly and patient while I decided what to get. I will definitely be back!

I will be calling corporate Monday morning. They had a sign in the window for the French onion steak burger I wanted to try. They don’t have them anymore. Ok I’ll have a patty melt then. We are out of sautéed onions. So I ordered a burger. Daughter ordered a burger and it was barely 3/4 of a patty and looked like it was crumbled. Then my in laws ordered a turtle sundae. Out of vanilla custard which now means the frozen hot chocolate shake my husband came to the restaurant specifically for this evening is out of the question too. The tables were filthy and we had to clean ourselves. No silverware or lids for our drinks. Staff numbers were so low they should have closed. No cheese sauce for the fries just shredded. We used to go to finneytown which became consumed by gnats and started visiting Harrison and now they are going downhill quick too. Last visit was below expectations too

Freddy’s is a great place for a burger, fries, and shake! Fast and hot! Burgers are great because they are cooked all the way through and thin, love the seasoned fries and onion rings are always crispy and hot. Tried the chili that was pretty good too! This is my favorite location! I won’t go to another one in this area. I usually order at the drive thru, eat in my car, and go around again for a shake! I love the signature turtle concrete. I suggest buying the Freddy fry sauce by the bottle, it’s delicious. They have a spicy version too! I wish they had Diet Coke!!! Highly recommend
