Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers - Fast food restaurant in Shawnee - 4520 Marketplace Blvd, USA

We dined in. The restaurant was clean and service was fast and friendly. We come for the super thin, crisp burgers and frozen custard. I love to add reeses pieces to my frozen custard.

This is a good place for a burger and fries. Although they do have hotdogs with some of their combos, the burgers are thin and not the typical patty. Steakburger. The restaurant was clean and I like that you can see into the kitchen. Seeing the condition of the kitchen and who is preparing your meal is better than not knowing. The fries are thin and the onion rings are battered, not breaded-plus! They do have whole, frozen cakes and treats for purchase in a cooler by the register. The flies were really bad and if they didn't land on our food, we didn't time shooing them.

We just got the food at the drive thru, but my fries were nice and hot, and my ice cream was very tasty. The burger was okay, not the best I've ever had, but definitely not the worst. I do think their prices are a little high, but honestly, every place you go these days, the prices are high.

First time here. This place was clean and the people working were very kind and looked like they enjoyed their job...frozen custard was good and the fries were also good...took one star away for the unbelievably thin and transparent burger patties. I thought it was hilarious, the patty was literally so thin you could see that it used to be 1 patty but sliced down the middle to make into 2. Never seen anything like it before. I'd like to come back for more frozen custard but I think I'll skip on the crunchy see-through burger.

I love the food here! The atmosphere is fun too. While the service is good, they always give us the wrong order in the drive thru. Just be sure to double check the order before driving off!

The pumpkin pie is back! And oh so good! But any time of year, Freddy’s is a delicious ice cream treat. We enjoy going in and having dessert with friends. The staff is usually friendly and accommodating to our large group!

Food is delicious service is a little slow and times but overall it's pretty good

I absolutely love this place, but good grief! I cannot get the cheese curds anymore. Every single time they are absolutely inedible. Everything else is great, but look at these. Again, I’d like to say, I absolutely love this place. Great people, and great food. This is the only problem I’ve ever had with them.
