Good Burger But the beef patties are fairly small compared to other places that serve steak burgers. Sodas were mixed well. Fris wer cooked well. The concrete dessert was good . Example: Sreak 'n Shake is known for steak burgers and I eat there often across the country and their hamburgers patties are much thicker than Freddy's.And at steak 'n Shake is a better deal.

We came through with a group of 20 students on a school trip late at night and the staff was incredible! They were so kind and quick getting our kids fed. Myself and my co-coach had to drive the buses for our students from 3 hours away, so we had a long night ahead of us. They paid for my mine and my co-coach’s meals! Every visit is consistently good. Food tastes great and the counter staff is quick and responsive to additional requests. Kids love the food and custard even more. Only suggestion is to promote the rewards program more to allow customers to earn incentives to return.

I was waited on by Allie, and she was amazing! She even checked on me to see if I liked my food since it was my first time. All of the workers are so sweet and helpful. The food is absolutely to die for! Will definitely be coming back!

Just ordered 2 vanilla cones, service was fast, price is better than dairy queen and the ice cream tasted great.

I absolutely love everything about Freddy's from the staff to the food. Outstanding quality in ingredients and in people. I've never tried anything here that I didn't like.

Opening day, fantastic. In my opinion, better than David's Burgers and more flavor. I used to make the drive down to NLR but now no need. Got the bacon and cheese triple burger and fries with jalapeno fry sauce. This was well worth the wait. Edit: ignore the ignorant negative reviews. They don't understand what steak burgers are.

Had an issue with the app crashing with an promotion over and over. Girl went ahead and honored it. It was national cheeseburger day. Went ahead and ordered several other things to go with it. Manager came out and said couldnt get paid if app didnt work. I just asked for refund then. He was upset and just said keep it. Really ruined the mood. Was just upset about it. I wrote about the app crash and the manager to the help button on app. A couple days later the manager called to apologize. I accept the apology. I won't say dont eat here. The girls working there are very friendly. the manager i think as stressed with a bad app and promotion .
