Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers - Fast food restaurant in Jefferson City - 2103 Missouri Blvd, USA

My family and I wanted to try something new and it was definitely a hit. BIG thank you to Martha for the recommendations. Suuuuuper tasty! I got the pretzel burger (Martha recommended) with large cheese curds and a keylime pie (also Martha recommended lol) creamy treat. We will definitely be back! We came all the way from Barnett for a specific shopping trip and landed here for lunch. I could see us coming out here just for Freddy's.

OH MY WORD!!! Have you ever read posts on here and thought “no way I’d ever have an experience that bad!” FREDDY’s IS TERRIBLE. What a disaster of a place. The floors, tables and chairs all dirty and greasy. I almost fell a ton on the slick floor, others were slipping and sliding. THEN! We ordered two concretes and a shake. Took forever and when we got them, they were like soup. The lady could have cared less. She said “we are closing at 4 so we sit our ice cream out”WHAT?!!? They made us feel like we were the ones with the problem. We got our money back and slid out of there. Never again.

They were very busy at lunch, but it did not take long. The customer service was great. A very nice lady delivered our shakes to the table for us. The grilled cheese steak burger was delicious!

The food and service was excellent! They were very accommodating to edit the ingredients on the burger and the fried are so perfect! 10/10

The service was 💯%! We were asked if they could bring anything to us after we had received our food, without feeling rushed. Food was good, and Custard, yummy!!!

If you download the app u get a FREE double cheeseburger that u can add ALL THE TOPPINGS FOR FREE. u have to wait about ten or fifteen minutes after u sign up. No credit card. BUT I will say that I won't be going back probably. Eight dollars for a cheeseburger is a bit much for me. Their whole menu is overpriced. The food is mid.

If you like shoestring fries and burgers smashed so thin they are as thick as the lettuce, this is your place. 20-30 minutes in the drive thru was a bit much, but it happens. I just don't like that style of fast food, some people dig it.

First time going. Ordered the chocolate shake and it was pretty delicious. Freddie's is a little pricey in my opinion. The restaurant appeared clean and there wasn't much if a wait.
