Absolutely the best tacos in all of southern Arizona! My usual favorite is the Barbacoa taco, and let me tell you, the shredded beef is so flavorful and juicy that they generously wrap it in two tortillas for you. But it doesn’t stop there. The al pastor taco, made with succulent pork and complemented by those smoky notes and chunks of pineapple, is a must-try. I often can’t resist ordering three of those alone! And then there’s the carne asada caramello, which is practically a meal in itself. Loaded with a delectable blend of cheese and carne, it’s served with a side of avocado salsa and sour cream, creating an explosion of flavors in every bite. I can’t get enough of this place; in fact, I’m here weekly, and it never disappoints. A true taco paradise!

Excellent food, decent prices and great service! The only downside is that it's not open on weekends. I will take it when I can!

Coming from Portland OR... the Food Cart Capital of the United States. This Family ran food cart is a Gem 💎. I've been here several times, and each time, my taste buds and belly are Very Happy. The Street Burrito Barbacoa and Diablo Taco are at the top of my list... Much Love

This is a good truck, so there is no atmosphere! They have the best Mexican food in the Green Valley area. Everything is prepared to order and very fresh. Every item is delicious! Service is very friendly. You can also call ahead to order. Don't miss it! Check their IG site to make sure they are open.

5 Stars, what else needs to be said…! DO NOT PASS THIS FOOD TRUCK WITHOUT STOPPING! Sonoran Hotdog, Diablo Hotdog, Tacos (Pollo Asada, Barbacoa, Calabacitus), Caramelos ( Diablo-Melo, Street Melo). Have not had anything that we did not like…. Eat here multiple times a month. An we keep going back! Try it, you will not be disappointed.

Best Tacos not just here in Green Valley but I bet in Tucson. Plus the price is just right. So much flavor thanks. Was starting to give up on finding good street tacos.

Fantastic food! I tried a Sonoran hotdog and a total of four different tacos (all remarkable, and it all came to less than $20), and was blown away. I could honestly eat here every day. They also will bring the food to your car for you if you’re not planning to eat there.

This is a food truck, so the atmosphere is a Palo Verde tree on the side of the road. These are the best tacos in Green Valley! Once you order, you can sit in your car, and they will bring your food right to you. I've tried most of the street tacos on the menu, and they are all very tasty. Last night, I had a Sonoran dog, and that was delicious, too! If you haven't tried Fraustos Taco Truck, you should. They do not disappoint!
