Fratello's Italian Grille - Italian restaurant in Laconia - 799 Union Ave, USA

The food was very good. Their regular marinara sauce was a little bland, however the eggplant was very nice. The brushetta was very good as well. I was told the shrimp scampi was the best they have had.

Great service, great food, great building. My family and I just got lunch there today during a quiet Saturday afternoon during the Thanksgiving weekend. We were the only customers for a while with a personable and attentive server. The food was great!

Travellers, Fratellos is a solid upscale Italian restaurant in downtown Laconia. The menu is extensive with many options vegetarian as well as the standard Italian restaurant fare. There all sorts of pastas with a variety of sauces available. There is piccata, Marsala, Saltimboca, as well as other options with chicken and veal alternatives. There are brick oven pizzas which are very good and the entrees are solid and delicious. The restaurant is elegant and has an upscale atmosphere. Service was excellent and with a smile. The whole staff was nice. There is a kids menu as well. The bar drinks are very tasty and when you check it out we recommend you try a cocktail. Enjoy! TLDR - upscale Italian restaurant

Absolutely delicious, and wonderful service. We went on a friday evening and no wait we had a table of 6 so we usually have to wait a little bit, but not here. We were sat right away. Our server was very kind and quick, we were sat upstairs inside and it wasn’t too chilly which we liked. To start off the bread basket was too good, we wanted to take another basket home but we’re too stuffed at the end. I ended up just getting fettuccine with marinara sauce and meatballs, very basic but very good! The portions size are plenty for one person, another member of my party ended up getting the chicken parmesan with fettuccine. Looked amazing and tasted amazing as she recalled. Safe to say it’s worth the price too, the portion sizes are plenty that you’ll definitely be taking some home with you. Will definitely be going again!

I got the Seafood Sophia, and it was delicious! I especially liked the lobster and sherry cream sauce. We sat indoors. They have great indoor and outdoor seating. We did not make a reservation and only had to wait 20 minutes for a table on a busy Saturday evening. I highly recommend Fratello's to anyone looking for a nice dinner in Laconia.

Lovely Italian restaurant. Ambiance is excellent, there was live music playing during our meal. It's next to a main road, so there will be cars passing by. Service was great. They take your order, get you everything you need, then leave you alone. It was perfect. Food was good! We had mussels, escargot, fish and pasta pie. All were tasty and well made. Overall a good experience.

The food was fabulous! We started with fresh garden salad and a Cesar that were delicious. Hubby had baked stuffed haddock that he couldn’t stop talking about how good it was! And he’s not a fish eater! I think because it had lobster & scallops in the stuffing made a difference. I had the chicken picatta that was outstanding. I could cut the chicken with a fork and the sauce and linguine were delicious. A wonderful meal and great surroundings in an old bank building. We will definitely go back.

Wanting pizza, we decided to give this place a try. It is a very nice restaurant and while the pizza was pretty good, I believe the better choice would have been one of the wonderful looking Italian dinners they offer here. Our server was very nice. We had some tasty bread sticks before dinner. The pizza was done, and we were eating very quickly. They also have some nice dessert options here. While we were eating, there was a gentleman playing some dinner music on the piano. The restaurant was very busy, but there is lots of parking and the restaurant is very big and well-staffed, so we were seated right away. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
