The absolute BEST peanut butter cup I've ever had. (ALL of their chocolates are divine, but that one in particular stood out for me personally.)
Absolute life savers! They were able to put together 60 small chocolate gift boxes on very short notice. Excellent service and excellent chocolates! Thank you for your help today. Highly recommended.

Oh yes Frans chocolates is a delight. I stumbled upon this store yesterday while walking along Union Street of the pikes peak marketplace. I was immediately offered y a sample of Dark chocolate by young fellow. It was a busy l but a good day at Frans. Frans is the chocolate emporium in Seattle. I trust that all chocolate lovers find their way into Frans. It is located at 1375 1st Ave. Keep up the good work. , Frans. I You have gained a loyal Customer. ✋ ✋
Maybe if I had visited when everything was open would I give this more stars. Nothing was open inside, the cafe area, bathrooms were closed off and even the production lines were empty ( although to be fair it was on a weekend, so maybe only on the weekdays) and only a single employee was working inside. Their selection was fairly small for their flagship store and it just looked empty and disappointing. The building itself is beautiful though. I'd reccomend visiting the other well known chocolatiers in the Seattle area. Free parking is available in the back of the building.
A wonderful opportunity to take a guided tasting experience that is both delicious and educational. Fran's Chocolates' Georgetown location is beautiful. There's ample street parking on Airport Way S., and unless it's around the holidays you'll find yourself and maybe a couple others as the only customers in their retail store which makes for quick and easy shopping. Held in the original Seattle Brewing and Malting Company building, their retail space includes the original winding staircase on the first floor, as well as the original floor (as much as they could salvage), and original brick on the walls. The staff are helpful and radically knowledgeable about the history of Fran. Yes, there is a Fran. The guided tasting experience will lead you to large windows in their factory where you get to see the vast and clean space where all the chocolate magic happens. After viewing the factory floor, the staff will guide you back to the retail space to taste a few small pieces of chocolate. A few pieces is plenty, I assure you. They'll include educational props and an overall history of the chocolate making process while being quick and thorough in answering all of our questions. The overall guided tasting experience lasted about 45 minutes or so. The cost is $10 per person and a courtesy 10% discount in their store is provided. This would be a great family activity or for chocolate lovers or for family and friends visiting out of town who are interested in learning more about the biggest chocolate company in Seattle.
One of 4 locations and actual chocolate factory. The place is amazing, holds events, tastings and other gatherings. Good for buying any of their chocolates, having a coffee and visit
