Do not move here. I have had a leak in my ceiling for months and they repeatedly cancel the maintenance requests for it and have never actually sent someone to do anything. They send people who just look at it, say “oh wow that’s bad, we take this seriously”, then disappear. There is probably mold growing there now as well. There are also MAJOR pest issues, I keep my apartment so clean and keep all food in containers and still see mice and roaches regularly. The “routine pest maintenance” is just someone taking one glance in your apartment then walking out, especially if you’re not home (I have a camera inside for my pet and saw the whole thing). Residents are permitted to smoke inside, so my unit and entire building's common area is inundated with stale cigarette and weed smoke smell every single evening. The only reason they have any good reviews is because the leasing office employees solicit you to sit there and type one when you sign a lease. They frame it as something you cannot say “no” to, and as part of the signing process. It’s cheap here to start, but they will up your rent $100 every year and it’s miserable to live here so definitely not worth it.

I have been here for about a little over a month that I truly feel like home. My leasing agent Judith Ventura called me with not even a minute of me applying to let me know I was pre approved she was with me the entire process I wasn’t able to come see the apartment due to work so she took a video of the apartment sent it to me so I could see. She made sure everything went smooth and that I had no stree or worries I was dealing with a lot at this time I was very stressed she told me this is one thing you won’t have to worry about it was as she knew me for years I walked in to pick up my keys she greeted me at the door mind you we never met she made sure I understood everything and anything issues I had moving it she took care of immediately. My apartment is beautiful and comfortable and the entire staff are amazing im glad I made the choice to move here!!!!

I walked in casually to inquire about an apartment and have been impressed with the clientele service ever since. My leasing agent Jaron Thomas paid attention to my needs and picked the perfect apartment for my family with all the amenities I wanted. Mr. Thomas made the entire process smooth and stress free. The property is well thought out and has everything you need and want from convenience store to on site laundromat.

I arrived to Franklin at Greenbelt and I was assisted by a Great Staff, Jaron Thomas is the man of the day, He was patience and gave us a Tour, He took the time to explain us all the process, He answered all our questions! He showed us a great place and and I honestly can say He was very committed in exceeding our expections.

Ms. Judith was AMAZING from start to finish. She accommodated my personal style, my budget, and little amenities I really appreciated that fit my taste — I love the new balcony & door/window design! Ms. Luz was fantastic as well. She was SO helpful and so kind to me.

Today I went to view apartments and was assisted by Mr Thomas. He asked me to do a review and he absolutely deserves it. Very kind, knowledgeable and polite. Gave us multiple options. Very patient. Keep up the good work.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. Please do not move here. I have mold situation, water leaking between the walls from the kitchen, bathroom and rooms. I had roaches I put treatments myself months by months. The maintenance office there very rude they be lying. The Hispanic team from maintenance. They are cool, but these black African man they are nasty. That main manager, the dark guy tall with dreads or braves. He came to my house to fix a leaking in the kitchen cabinets were falling. He was talking sitting down in my dining room chair doing anything while he didn’t know I had a camera looking at him. I reported to maintenance and they fixed it right away because I have proof in my camera besides that they’re garbage they don’t have consideration for peoples respect and well living. And now they send me a letter that I need to leave in 10 days just because I put a bad review post lol

Mr.Thomas is a wonderful leasing rep! He was helpful from start to finish and walked me through the whole process. He was polite and I would recommend anyone to ask for his assistance when getting ready to look for a new home.
