Great park, fantastic setting. My kids loved the sandbox. Large developed trees make it a perfect place for a photo shoot. Nice area, vast amounts of room. Cozy and safe, bathrooms were kept up as well. All around great experiences.
Great little park near the intersection of Roe and Somerset. Lots of jungle gym equipment that seems safe and maintained. Swings, tire swing, and public restrooms are also available. Covered and uncovered picnic benches and walking benches spread out throughout the concourse.
The park is mostly in the shade. Has a great sand box with toys and a man made creek where your kids can race boats or simply wade through the stream.
A wonderful, shady park with an excellent playground and a man-made stream that kids can wade and play in. Has a bathroom, baseball field, walking path and a great shelter with grills and lots of table space.
We love this park!! There is plenty of shade and 2 separate play areas... One for tots, and one for older kids. Plus a sandbox and musical "instruments"... My grandsons are 4 1/2 and just turned 3, so they can play in both areas (and the sandbox bas well!!) They never want to leave!!!
My grandson plays soccer here on Saturdays. Beautiful park in amazing area l, surrounded by beautiful homes. We love it.
Wonderful park with lots for the kids to do, including some splashing in a running creek and small waterfall! The play area is shaded most of the time with just a few patches of sun midday. Perfect for a hot summer day.
Excellent shade. Plenty of community toys to play with. Creek was so refreshing to play with but beware of hornets. Great accessibility for younger toddlers. You might want to bring a change of clothes.

"Old Home Week" at the Corinth Branch today. With Oak Park closed for renovation and Central Resource closed in preparation for tonight's "Cut Loose" event, I went to my old boyhood library to check my E-Mail and use the Library WiFi. It was the sa
Wassmer park has a little bit of everything. The garden at the west of the park has a huge variety and lots of seating. The playground is divided into two sections so kids of different ages can play at the same time and the same place. In addition,
