My total experience with Franklin was fantastic. The receptionist was warm and friendly, quick to help without sounding condescending like some people with knowledge can be. Franklin sent Dalton as expediently as possible. My Dalton was very personable and reassuring, quickly assessing the problem. Even though it was later in the day, Dalton, made an extra trip to the shop for the part I needed, and had it on in no time. Dalton not only repaired the defective part but thoroughly inspected the rest of my air conditioning to make sure it was in good condition. I was very satisfied with Franklin’s service and Dalton’s confident repair. Definitely would call if anything else needed.

Quick, Efficient, and Professional When my AC went out on Sunday, I was worried about the heat wave. Thankfully, a friend recommended Franklin Heating and Air. I found them online and used their easy booking system which allowed me to schedule an appointment for the first available slot on Tuesday. To my surprise, Franklin called the next morning to offer an earlier appointment. Devin arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue, and provided a temporary solution while waiting for the replacement part. I was impressed by the entire experience. Franklin’s team was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I highly recommend them for their outstanding service.

Devin from Franklin Heating &Air came out to service my AC on 8/14 he was on time, found no problems but when he went into attic I asked to please check the blower. I told him it was not blowing as strong as I thought it should. He found the capacitor was very rusty and not blowing as well as it should be. I asked if he had on his truck after a few minutes he came in with one, told me cost and I told him go ahead with repair. What a difference it made as soon as unit came on. He was not pushy in any way unlike some other companies techs. He did a great job and represented Franklin Air very nicely. I will have them back for a winter heat tuneup. Franklin Heating and Air replaced our central heat and air conditioner a couple of weeks ago. They had the best prices and longest warranties. Cade and Max did a great job installing the units. They were very professional and hard working. They left the place cleaner than they found it. Gary did a great job with the sheet metal work and Tyler did the final calibration check. They all did a thorough job. I highly recommend this company to everyone.

I found Franklin Heating & Air via a fast referral from my neighbor. I then searched the web quickly, to better gauge the authenticity of this company, since historically, I experienced price gouging along with unneeded recommended repairs from others. I never leave reviews because of minimal free time to do so, but when service and results are exceptional, with a standard met above the rest, it really is warranted to not only thank Franklin for their outstanding work, but to also alert future clients this is the company they want for healing & cooling needs. That is precisely how I feel about Franklin. I called at 7AM when their office opened this morning and spoke to Glenda who I would hire if I owned a customer service company. I relayed to her that my A/C was no longer working and was in need of immediate help. Luckily, I secured their last open appointment for the day with an afternoon slot. She said I would receive a text from the tech when they were en route to the appointment, and this allowed me to seek help from my neighbor to meet Angel while I was at work. Angel called me to explain the issue, a failed capacitor, but that everything else looked great and the easy fix would total less than $180. I was elated to receive the same second-to-none experience all the previous reviews detailed and will think of calling no one other than Franklin Heating & Air in the future. We use Franklin for our annual maintenance and when our A/C stopped working, we got ahold of them for an emergency repair and they were there. Angel Hernandez was our technician and he was amazing! He quickly identified the issue, communicated with us, was extremely professional and friendly. Will continue to use their service! Outstanding!

Dalton with Franklin heating and Air is amazing!! Our unit had some damage from the tornado that went through Rogers and not only were they able to get someone out the day after I called but he did a thorough job of inspecting our unit to find that it was only cosmetic damage. A few days before we had another company in Rogers come out and tell us that it needed to be completely replaced and then it was just scrap metal now, without looking at the unit very close or opening anything up. We truly appreciate Franklin heating and Air and Dalton for showing up and doing a great job. This will be the only heating and air company that we use from now on.
