I attended a Birthday Party at Founders Center over the weekend and the staff was rude. The lady complained Loudly about the trash bin not having a bag when the bag simply slipped. Simple Mistake happens all the time and it was one trash bin. I could see if it was all of them but to yell, “THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE” throughout the party was too much. It was nearly the end of the party and guests were starting to leave. So to have the hostess have to stop Thanking her guests for attending to see what was going on was terrible. I felt bad for my hostess. She looked embarrassed and frustrated. The employee walked away and two guests simply put the trash into another bag, revealing the slipped trash bag. And eventually everything was resolved. But I felt bad for her and helped the family clean up after the incident. The room was very nice, the location is great however, ruined by one employee who blew things out of proportion.
Rented out a pavilion for a birthday party- day of we were stormed out and unable to use the facility. We continuously tried contacting them and when we finally got thru staff was rude and condescending, and refused a refund back.
Wonderful staff and students. I will miss them all. Very kid friendly with lots of activities for adults as well
Nice place with activities for all ages. Also have rentals for birthday parties, graduation parties baby showers, wedding showers. Splash Park is now open also.
Place looks very nice and there was a gym which was nice for the kids to run and play in. I would definitely rent this out for a party!
Totally love it! The classes are great for the kids and everone that works here are very pleasant. Great place for the family to get involved.
Great programs with fun and caring instructors. Excellent staff who take pride in their park district and care about the residence in their community

Outstanding Poke Bowl here! Fast and efficient service, the rice is warm and perfect, the toppings are fresh, crisp, cool, unique and tasty as expected. Between my wife and I we have had 4 different Poke Bowls and loved them all!
Loved this place, very pleasant staff, made my morning. Coffee is good so was the beagle. It has a great atmosphere, would rather come here any day over the chain joints. Sadly I don't live close and I am not out this way often but I will return next
